Fantastic app. There have been a few sticking points along the way, but whenever I’ve spoken to the team, they’ve been quick to help and work on improving the experience and changing anything i ask.

I’d definitely recommend it. A special thanks to Harry, who has been my main point of contact from the beginning, nearly 12 months ago. He’s been helpful throughout and has made the whole process much easier.

brilliant platform, easy to use, always so helpful

We've been using ZenStores for years. Their customer service is old school - and I mean that in a good way. They actually respond to us customers, emails always get answered and phone calls if necessary. Big thanks to Harry, Jack, Alex, Nikolai and Michael who have supported us over the years.

Extremely useful platform and helpful staff.

The interface is fairly intuitive, even for someone who had no prior experience with the format.
Everything was self explanatory and can be figured out by anyone who is base-level competent with a computer.
The customer service from these guys is nothing short of fantastic, especially in the Live Chat and first line support.
From personal experience, any issues I've had have been fixed with incredible urgency, even so much as to continue to attempt to fix the problem after my working hours. (Finding messages from early hours in the morning, knowing that my issue hasn't been forgotten about just because I'm not at my desk is amazing).
Any customer service member I've spoken to have messaged me as if they were actually invested in the issues, not just typing from a script, and that adds a personal touch that truly makes me feel like I'm being listened to.
An especially big thank you to Nikolai, who helped with a huge issue we were having with importing orders a few months ago.
And to Jack, from the marketing team, who seemed genuinely invested in what I had to say about Zenstores, and how, personally, I could see it being improved.

Our company has used Zenstores for the past ten years. It's a quick and easy way to generate postal labels for Royal Mail.

It integrates with our e-commerce store and Royal Mail account, saving us time and money.

When help is needed, the support time is quick to respond. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Zenstores has made consolidating and managing orders from multiple sales platforms easy! When I needed help with an issue, Tom responded immediately and had the problem resolved within a very short space of time. I spent weeks trying to find the best order management software and finally found Zenstores. It has all of the features I needed for my business' and by far the best value for money. Selling across various sales channels including Amazon, Etsy, Ebay and Shopify this software makes creating labels effortless. If you happen to have any questions it's as simple as giving them a call or reaching out through online chat and nothing is ever too much trouble. I have never known customer service quite like it.

Great Customer Service. I would recommend.

Simple, efficient and easy to use system.

Have used it with multiple ecommerce platforms integrated for a year without any issues or complications.

The only downside is that it lacks automation and 'memory' which if implemented, will make it an industry leading platform in my opinion.

Support is useful, knowledgable and always at hand to help you with anything, whenever you need it.
