I've been happy with the service I've received. I've tended to engage with the same one or two people throughout my experience, which makes it feel more personal. They are also personable and put no pressure on the process.

worst company to go with
worst company to go with. stay away. their customer service is shocking and they try and bleed you for every last penny once the car is returned. they also pay any fines or speeding tickets before they reach you and charge you extra on top. Stay away if you can.

I'm sorry to hear about the experience you have had returning your car.
I can see that your complaint has been investigated and unfortunately the end of contract damage charges remain as there is noticeable damage on the car which falls outside of the BVRLA fair, wear and tear guidelines. We ensure all customers are made aware of these guidelines in advance of returning their car so they have an opportunity to repair and valet the car prior to it being collected.
With regards to penalty notices, we pay these where possible to stop the fine from escalating and increasing in value however this does not prevent customers from appealing the notice and receiving a refund if successful, which would include the administration fee. Speeding notices are not paid by us, we transfer liability to the driver of the vehicle so they can liaise directly with the issuing authority.
As discussed with our team this morning, you will receive a formal response to your complaint shortly and we'll be in touch regarding payment of the outstanding damage charges.

Fantastic customer service
This company knows how to do customer service right!. Fantastic friendly helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are always at the end of the phone or an email should you need them. If you're thinking about leasing a car you can't go wrong with Zen Auto.

Setting up a personal lease
Very simple and straight forward. The only difficulty was with using the e-identity system which locked me out, which was frustrating but easily corrected by uploading documents online. Very happy with tbe service so far
