I used to be able to claim offers but couldn’t redeem them, now I can’t even claim them. I’m assuming either I’m blocked for some reason, or it’s a huge scam to capture people’s data.

Ask for your personal info to send an code to to get an freebie but you dont receive anything, they are an scam to just to get your info. I personaly would not use them in less you enjoyed been scammed and also there suupport who you can contact is utter rubbish.

Provided all personal info for redeeming a code. Totally a fraud the code never generated. Spent 20mins trying to get it until the time expired, what a waste of time! Customer service asked about the details but on the next day was told the promotion was ended so nothing can offer to help. So what's the point of pretending to help? And they never response again.

I got a voucher for a free tub of ice cream, tried to redeem the code and only had 20 minutes to do so.
Tesco till wouldn't scan it, staff didn't know how as it wasn;t showing up as a proper voucher. then the time run out and it claimed I redeemed the code. If you clicked the "I can't reedem the voucher" button, it just has a text box that says to show to a member of staff...

Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless, stay well away. Given a voucher for a free cup of iced coffee. The voucher was for a different size, I didn’t realise this until I had pressed the redeem button. Explained to them what had happened and asked if they could re-issue the voucher, which they said they couldn’t do!
If you don't want to waste your time, avoid them.
I contacted them because I did not receive a coupon after following the procedures set out on the website. They asked me details which they should have known from my registration. I tried to be patient and answered their emails. Yet they just repeatedly asked me questions. Finally they just said they referred my case to their Technical Department. Then I did not hear any further from them.
I gave up on this. Completely time waster. Will never touch them and anyone using them for promotions.

Horrible Marketing Tactics
I received an email mentioning I am eligible for cashback for Persil products. The email I received mentions that the promotion ends in July, so I have purchased the product, but the terms and conditions (in small letters) mention it ends in June. I have bought the product without looking at the terms and conditions, and when I tried to claim the cashback, Zappit mentions that I am not eligible, although in the email, it mentions I have until July to claim cashback. This is completely horrible marketing, where they urge you to buy the product, but in reality, the promotion ended last month. I am very disappointed in the website that Zappit has sent to me, which is clearly misleading the users.

Looks like they have not listened to ALL the other negative complaints, so I will not be complying.
This must be the most "MICKY MOUSE" company I have ever delt with.
They are bordering on being "FRAUDLENT" but I will give them the benefit of the doubt and say they are just "INCOMPETENT".
I spent many hours chasing up a Samsung / Persil washing machine cashback offer, take my advise if you have any "ZAPPIT CASH BACK DEALS OR VOUCHERS, BIN THEM" and save yourself many hours of frustration.
Like most people on here I would rate them -5 If I could.

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible, I would not recommend. I had 4 vouchers sent to me to use and the challenges I have faced in using them has been utterly ridiculous.
The first it would not work as despite it being a brand on the list the voucher was not accepted so I had 18 minutes to rush around finding an alternative product which met the criteria, despite not even needing the product.
I then referred to the T&C’s regarding using the cashback option instead for the last 3 vouchers. It stated I could add the ZPT code to the top of receipt and implied more than one could be used on one purchase - this was not the case.
I then walked back to the show to buy extra product, uploaded separate receipts only to be told it’s one per customer!!! So to claim the money I had to use 3 different bank account details!!
Ridiculously stressful and time consuming.

I am rating 5 stars because of the excellent customer service this company has, when a coupon I had would not scan, the customer service solved my problem to the absolute best they could, I was able to purchase my product within the hour, sadly the coupons are not well known by cashiers and few know how to manually enter the details into kiosks.

Only used this for the pampers coupons but they never scan. Absolute waste of time. Barcode doesn't scan, and it will not show a barcode number to type in either. This has happened on multiple occasions now and points get wasted everytime.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Had 3 coupons from Hotpint ..managed to redeem one.caused a queue in Tesco and told by staff the coupons are useless so aborted the purchase and now coupons says redeemed. No it wasn't. 3rdcopon should be valid until 31st January 2025 but as at 24th January it's expired. Total con. Avoid at all costs. I'm disgusted.
Outdated process - Rebat process and policy is terrible
Apparently online orders are not included in the rebate process for Unilever and Zappit, even though it's exactly the same products at the same price from the same store. For someone who can't get to a physical store, this is an absolute disgrace. Of course, the 'no online orders allowed' is buried in the T&Cs but the general offer is MISLEADING and should be clear from the OUTSET.
Now I have a bunch of over-priced Persil products that I believed I was getting rebated, and my likelihood of buying Persil again has plummeted.
The rebate process is painful and the incentive of buying my Samsung Washing Machine from AO.com has now been wasted.
