'Unfortunately however, we are unable to extend this promotion to you at this time. Zappit undertake a series of checks and balances to ensure coupons are distributed justly and fairly which on occasion means coupon distribution is consequently restricted.'
How is that even legal?

Not been able to claim any coupons for ages from Zappit with the message "Unfortunately, under the promotion's T&Cs and Privacy Policy, we're unable to issue you with a coupon at this time.
NB. Your opt-in preferences were not retained". I did try to query it a while ago but generic reply received with nothing actually actioned. Now trying to email them to remove all my information held under GDPR - not holding out much hope on that being done! Useless service and it appears I am not the only one experiencing problems.

Always get the "Under our t&c's, we're unable to issue you a voucher at this time" message these days. When messaging their customer service I was ignored on an offer that was ongoing, and only received a message back for a very limited freebie that of course was all redeemed after 8000, so they said they're gone for now, "but thanks for contacting their excellent customer service". Jokers!

I used to be able to claim offers but couldn’t redeem them, now I can’t even claim them. I’m assuming either I’m blocked for some reason, or it’s a huge scam to capture people’s data.

Absolute garbage - first attempt failed to even send verify code. Second did and even gave me my coupon, a MOVING barcode, for use in Tesco.
SHAME TESCO CAN’T scan moving barcodes!!! I showed them the pop up if code not useable and they just laughed and said they don’t take moving barcodes soup to me if I want to buy the Heinz product.

Coupon valid for 20 mins and help is complete crap. An AI chat page came up briefly at one point, but then disappeared and didn’t come up again. So, that’s 10-15 mins of my life I won’t get back.

Code never generated and I bought the item anyway, keeping the receipt to prove my purchase. The AI chatbot keeps refreshing so I can’t submit a ticket request. Avoid at all costs!

AVOID!!! I've just been scammed I feel stupid and wish I'd come here first! Don't be fooled by free coupon offer. They've now stolen my data. What a fraudulent company which I'll hazard a guess are not working in the UK. AVOID!!!!

I've used a fair few of these Zappit coupons in the past & either reclaimed with ease at the point of sale by scanning the barcode, or by claiming my cashback by redemption (writing their specific code on receipt & uploading a photo of it). When I have claimed cashback it has been really quick easy to do. I have only ever needed to contact customer services twice, both occasions the help from them has been very speedy, same day assistance like today, they validated my claim for the wrong amount. I contacted them by raising a support ticket & in less than an hour, team member Quds responded & they had resolved my issue & given a little extra as a token of goodwill. Excellent help from Zappit & really appreciate these little cashback & coupon extras, thank you 😊

One thing I will add to the people that say its a scam (it most definitely isn't) or their coupon won't scan, to try using the customer service till in the supermarket. I used to have an issue with moving barcode coupons at tills, especially self scan tills but the customer service till always manages to scan them!

Free coupon is a scam! Barcode scan not working. A total waste of time. All they want is your information which I suspected and I was right.

Others have had the same experience and have no idea why we can't apply for coupons.
I tried reaching out to them and they gave a waffly response that said nothing.
Not aware i have broken their T&Cs previously, but starts to feel like they are just scammers collecting details. If brands are genuinely choosing to work with this company then they should look for a new provider as this one is rubbish!

Zappit blacklist you and then claim to have no data stored about you. I’m surprised so many companies work with them because they do everything they can to stop customers actually accessing their coupons. There are more reliable coupon providers around.

I have successfully used Zappit in the past but have recently failed to get coupons. As soon as I enter the validation code sent to my email address, error "Unfortunately, under the promotion’s T&Cs and Privacy Policy, we’re unable to issue you with a coupon at this time.

Another reviewer has experienced the same issue, and like me has no idea what it means/why we can't apply for coupons. Submitting details into the application form is fine - it just fails at the validation point.

Zappit need better technology, their current system is flawed. Who will answer spam calls in this day and age. That is if the robot bothers to call at all. You get one chance to catch the call and answer the question correctly with crackly phone line. If you miss it you can never participate in any campaigns in the future. There is no customer service. I ask for help and they did not read it. They copy and pasted same generic answer about missed phone call which is untrue as I never had a phone call. There is no usual error message. This is a circus show.

Very unprofessional, I was waiting on a coupon they said they would call, I have no missed calls so I emailed and they was no help at all, saying how I missed the call when they didn't even call me and I won't be receiving my coupon because of that.. Just lies and no help.

Just a data stealing company they sell all your data never use this company if your a business owner

Coupons don’t work when I did complain to the company they said they would sort it they have never came back to me it’s been months now and turned my phone number of so I cannot redeem future offer though there company. I use other websites to do this and they are great if you are a business thinking of using them I would stay away.

Very poor service. Coupons never come through. I ask support for help and I’m running around in circles with no real solution.

They were a very unhelpful company. I can accept that there may have been some issues with generating a code, but they were taking me through the rounds in customer service so-called ‘support’ over email and playing it off like ‘we’ll get that code with you in a moment, just give us these 3 bits of info’, every single time I responded with the info they wanted. Appalling experience.

Unhelpful & unprofessional company - a waste of time trying to utilise their voucher.
Then following up on the issue with their customer service team - even more time wasted!
It is clear from other reviews my experience is nothing new.
Having had no issue with previous Costa coffee promotions, Costa's mistake to use this company now has reflected poorly on them too.
