Absolutely shocking, placed my order and didn't have any communication for 2 weeks. Chased up and was told my order was to be shipped in the next couple of days. No order after a week so chased again, was told another order would be sent to be the following week - no order turned up. When asked for a refund I kept being asked if I wanted a replacement order sending rather than listening to my refund request. Finally after 2 months after placing my original order I have confirmation of a refund.

Avoid this company.

I joined the affiliate program of the project and earned $151 in commissions. When the payment was due, they failed to process my commission, and moreover, they even canceled my affiliate link. Their actions are fraudulent and deceptive toward customers

I have used Notes Aromas for some time. When I started seeing providers of similar services on my Facebook feed, I signed up to the smel newsletter.

On August 14th, I received a 40% off code. It was SMEL40. I tried to order their lost cherry dupe, but the code wasn’t recognised. When I raised it with their ‘customer support’, I was either met with a bot, or a person that couldn’t grasp English. Their response was ‘Only applies to certain fragrances’. I replied to show me where on the marketing material it stated that, because it didn’t. Guess what? No reply.

Thanks Smel. Your service is rubbish. I’ll stick with my current provider.

Parcel never sent and reluctant to give a refund. Every email is replied to by AI being overly apologetic but not addressing the issue. Time spent trying to sort out this order could have paid for the real thing. Still no refund or parcel 4 weeks after order.

Still waiting delivery from Evri and have requested a refund but to no avail, I will be looking for another supplier.

I used to always buy my dupes from this company when they were called Copycat. They have now changed to 'Smel'. Smel?
The name is truly off putting and the labels are horribly gordy. The scent doesn't last as long either. I used to love Senorita. I'm so disappointed.

Horrible service! Why would you use a courier such as Evri if you want your business to build a good, reliable reputation? Delivery Has been delayed will arrived later than expected. and this is based on me paying extra money for a next day delivery. I’ll be sending the full parcel back to you.
