YourPro never works out for me. I have posted many jobs, people will call and message but then when the times come to visit, they never show up. There cars stop working or something in the family comes up. And the worst part is there is no way to make a complaint for such guys who stand you up.

This a good service. I find it hard to get tradespeople from ringing around as they are all so busy. With this service it's very easy to book someone for the same week. And the customer service is very good. Had an issue with a job and they resolved it very quickly.

A person was to call to fix my fridge /freezer after I had contacted your pro after not arriving the first evening as planned, I trusted he would call the next one he had promised. I got a texted message to say he was too tired to come and would come Monday it is now Friday . I would not use this company as it is not customer focused and it is very easy for anyone to join irrespective of the service they deliver.
