Rude and abusive
Parked in a bay quickly whilst using a company next door then planning to purchase some cable for a project. Manager was rude and abusive.arguing with staff in public. He then took to blocking other cars in on purpose.Took my business elsewhere. Really unprofessional. Reported to head office.

Very helpful staff - good prices on cable by the metre
I needed some cable to repair a machine, and didn't want to buy a full reel of each size - YESSS were able to supply all the different types of CY and SY cable that I needed in the lengths that I needed, so there was no waste. Staff in the Aberdeen store were very helpful, and kept me updated as things arrived from my order.

Poor customer service.
Having ordered 90M of 6mm EV ultra for delivery it didn't arrive on the assigned day, the next day I called to find out when it would be delivered to be told there was no stock and I wouldnt get my delivery until the end of the following week. Just a phone call when the order was placed to advise of this would have been a reasonable thing to expect as not getting my order did cause me inconvenience.

Went in to try a get an old style tube…
Went in to try a get an old style tube light the guy took my number said he would call their supplier and ring me back but never did ended up buying a kit to covert the old tube to a new LED bulb from a different shop

First time I've used Yesss
I'd never heard of Yess but was hugely relieved when I found they had exactly the heater I needed after days of trawling the internet & drawing a blank. I phoned the shop with an enquiry about pickup, the assistant was really helpful & the pickup went smoothly. I've now put them on my list of places to check when I'm shopping for an electrical product.
