DPD lost package and after contacting Yesss a replacement was sent out that day

Unfortunately this is where your service fail’s dramatically
I needed a mcb for my fuse box
I relatively small item which costs less than five pounds
Great price you’d think until you get to postage and that’ll be £ 20
Ridiculous springs to mind
We live on a island that has a bridge and an excellent postal service
You can post items to this part of uk from as little as £2 ( InPost) with Royal Mail being less than £5
But no £20 …. Really get grip

Order 2 fuses for next day collection. Email confirmation said they would let me know who in stock. A week later nothing! They will struggle to win my business like this.
