I Ve ordered and got no package, read the review always 😂

placed an order in january and its almost apirl and nothing now they have stopped answering my emails this is a scam and im out $40 DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE im so upset with myself for not looking at reviews first, I came across this website on instagram and was so excited but knowing how long its been im really disappointed knowing i lost that much money…

Disaster, thieves, I never received the order..

This is clearly a scam.
I have been waiting for my order for more than 3 months. And even thought the client service answers my emails, they do not provide any useful information nor a tracking number.

Template responses, delayed delivery. They are scammers

São uns burlões, fiz uma encomenda, no dia 11 de janeiro, no site ainda está a aguardar envio e até hoje não chegou. Ao serem contactados não dão número de rastreio, não fazem reembolso. Não recomendo este site a ninguém.

I made a purchase in November/December and until today it hasn't arrived, I paid more than 20USD for them to ship faster but until today it hasn't arrived, and they haven't refunded me, and when they answer the email they give an excuse every time when they answer!! I will probably have to sue the company for false advertising and consumer damage

N'envoie pas de commande et laisse croire à de fausses excuses pour faire attendre et lasser l'acheteur. Dans leurs excuses: la commande est bloquée en douane, retard fournisseur, et principalement la commande sera là bientôt ou avec un faux délai.

Dans leurs informations légales, ils font apparaître un faux numéro SIREN d'une entreprise een France, qui se fait harceler par leur faute.

ARNAQUE - Commande jamais arrivée !
Un service client qui refuse de rembourser en te berçant d’illusion : commande bloquée à la douane / commande arrivée par erreur chez quelqu’un d’autre / commande renvoyée. Jamais aucun justificatif d’envoi ni rien. J’ai déposé plainte et déclaration à la CNIL qui se chargeront de faire leur travail.
Il y en a assez de ces sites d’arnaque !

My order from 2 month now what is the problem!!

The site is weird, you have no option of going to certain products yet they still “sell” those. It get’s advertised on tiktok a lot which can make people click on it thinking its a real website. When I try to get more information about this site it’s very hard to find something real about them. The company address, the contact method and everything else is very shady. Please refrain from buying from this site and if you’re not sure just buy something very cheap to see if it’s real.

Ordered package since 27th of November. It’s been over a month already and they keep on saying the order has been sent out but stuck with customs, they refused to mention where it is exactly and refused to provide a proper means to track the order. I believe there’s no order sent out in the first place, it’s all a facade.

Scam, ordered in December, now January and still no sign of the products or a refund. I am reporting them for fraud.

I order on november 20 with regullar shipping of 15 days to romania. On december 1’st,due the fact that the shipping status was not changed (even they assure me on a previous e
Mail that this was at sorting center, the status it.s the same today december 28), i ask for cancel the order, and after 3 e.mails i.ve got confirmation that i will get a full refund in 15 working days . Nothing happens. I ve sent another e.mail saying that the period of 15 days passed an i haven’t recived any refund.Got no answer on that.
My luck was that i order only on 18$, but i still notiffy my layer with the situation and asking him to announce the police also.
For future customers, be aware.

Didnt even get a confirmation mail on my order. Was kind of in a hurry and it wasnt that expensive so i bought before checking any reviews. They took the money but no order confirmation e mail. Feels really suspicious.
