They don't get one star its a fake scamming site no product just fake emails sorry dear for late reply do you agree to 50 percent off next order haha nah thx you chinese people are quite smart imagine how rich they are with all the people they sucker , dispute it with your bank for refund people its all you can do . Lesson learnt, if it sounds too good to be true it usually is .

I have order a pair of shoes a month ago and I still have not received it or gotten any news about it.

I never received my order either!! How can I get the money back?!! The website no longer exists....

What the f!!! It’s been 2 months now and never receive my order!!! What a scam! Lessons learned!!! They even charged a dollar rate because i am in Europe. I should have read the reviews before ordering the items, how can we sue this fake company? No receipt either for the proof of purchase!!!

I have placed an online order of 29 $ with this company on 23 rd of March 2023.Never ever made me aware the progress of my order .I only had to contact them and asked the progress,first asked me to stay patiently,then shipping people are delaying and at last said my parcel is stuck at customs.How long do I have to wait? Who is delivering,a courier or send by post,No answer at all.At first within two weeks I get my order.Now it has been 40 days,no progress.
If you have send me the parcel send me proof that you have sent .No document ,No receipt.The hell with you.I curse you fake online thieves.

Compre a esta empresa el 30-3-23 tres pantalones. Hasta fecha 1-5-23 sin noticias. Mando reclamacion y me dicen estan enviados pero en su web no aparece.
Las referencias en trustpilot son pesimas. Operan con otra web xitales.com que es la que aparece en el pago.

I made an order 3rd March 2023 and nothing delivered , requested tracking number more than 4times , They are not responding on that I am suspicious this is a scam .

I wish I had read the reviews first! I placed an order on 30 March 2023. I asked where my order was and they said it was out for delivery which is a lie. Completely scam how to waste $50aud Save yourself money and do not use this site!

I pay R600 for my order nothing has been delivered

I purchased 5 jackets paid r526.56 on the 4th April 2023 still waiting for my order this is so scam can't get hold of them people please be careful.

I ordered from the website on 26 Oct 2022 and THEY STOLE MY MONEY (ALMOST £50) AND REFUSED TO REFUND ME.

I would strongly advise against making any purchases from this website. They use deceptive advertising and mislead customers into buying their products, Save your money and look for a more reputable retailer.

Read reviews from other customers and don't make the same mistake I did and fall victim to this scam."When I tried to contact customer service for a refund, I never received a response. Such a pathetic company, they have this same behaviour with everybody. Biggest scammers i’ve seem as they never deliver the product. Spending money on adds to attract customers and never responding after you place your order. Know that this money you are getting from people will be the reason when you burn in the deepest levels of hell!!!!

I ordered something 3 month ago so january and it still hasn't arrived. After several emails I asked for my money back but there is no answer. this website should be blocked. More than 50 € are lost.
