pretty much straigt forward process so far

The whole process was very easy, Anthony was extremely helpful and on the phone ran through everything with me. One thing to take into account was the price of £99 is per document, so a joint application for both health and finance was £396.

Very easy process to complete online. The guy who called me was very patient about calling me back at a time to suit me, despite this being after his finishing time. He talked me through things in a calm and understandable way and answered my questions. The paperwork arrived in a timely manner; this was easy to complete due to all signatures being clearly marked throughout. A good price too, so happy with it all.

The forms to fill in needed o lot of scrutiny and I was not capable to be confident to fill in but it was done with swift a nd professional manner to which I was very grateful and everything had a successful outcome

Easy to fill in online forms and a phone number to call if you have any questions about the online or paper forms that you need to sign etc. Paper forms come to your house all marked where to sign and who signs what, very straightforward.
