It was very easy to use online for the power of attorney application,quick and simple to understand and fill in .also the price was very good .Just received an email to say the paperwork had been checked and was being returned for signatures. A very quick service.

My husband and I were apprehensive about completing our Poa documents, however the gent on the phone at Zenco was extremely helpful and very patient, especially as phone line was bad. He clarified all details with us and we have got documents signed and sent off.

Great service! I thought it would be daunting, arranging these important documents, but ZENCO made it easy. Helpful notes throughout the online application process. Documents were then sent to me in a very timely manner and there were lots of stickers indicating where myself and others had to sign. Very Early days yet but its you asking for a review. I filled your form in on line on Saturday 28th March and even paid £248 up frount for a quick service. Today is 5 days later, no correspondence from you so I called you. Customer service man said I will transfer you, please use option 2. I did this and listened to a recording for 8 minutes. I re-dialled, the same man answered and said they were very busy and someone would call back. A woman called me back and I enquired about my application. She said I found it and will deal with it straight away. So you had the application for four days and did nothing with It. Pretty shabby custmer service dont you think???? I will copy this review and put it on TrustPilot to help other potential customers find a reputable company to deal with.
