If a member misidentifies him/herself we will reimburse all credits incurred communicating with this member. Should you feel that someone has broken this policy, we would be more than happy to resolve the issue fast.

We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear about your experience. Ensuring the authenticity of profiles is one of our top priorities, and we continuously work on improving our verification processes to prevent the presence of fake accounts.

We as much as possible encourage members to as much as possible post presentable photos. As a matter of fact some members attend professional photo sessions, thus it's not strange to see beautiful ones.

However, if some interactions feel suspicious, you are most welcome to check the Anti-scam policy and report it to us via the "Report" button on the chatwindow. Or If you do not want to worry about the legitimacy of the members, limit your communication to Verified accounts and if you suspect one to be concerning, contact us at support@yourtravelmates.com.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We deeply regret any misunderstanding on the costs.
You must have been referring to the membership subscription rate which activates subscription for 30 days along with 150 bonus credits. But since the app is credit-based, one should refill the credits ones it run out.
All of this information was provided on the purchase form and is always available in the terms and conditions that you agreed to during registration. To maximize savings, select larger package as they offer reduced rate per credit.
You can always contact us at support@yourtravelmates.com for further clarifications.

If you do not want to worry about the legitimacy of members, limit your communication to Verified accounts and if you suspect one to be concerning, Don't hesitate to report them to us along with relevant details.
