We acknowledge your concerns and want to clarify a few points regarding our policies. Upon registration, you agreed to our Terms & Conditions, which explicitly outline our pricing structure, credit system, and refund policy.

Upon review, I determined that your account subscription has been cancelled as per your request and your refund request was not granted because all credits were fully used, as stated in our Refund Policy, which specifies that refunds are not issued for consumed services. Additionally, subscription renewals are processed automatically, as disclosed in the terms, and cancellation options are available within account settings before the renewal date. However, as a consideration, we have added some complimentary credits on your account which you also alreayd entirely used up.

Our platform is designed to provide various communication options, including live streams and messaging, with real members. If you have concerns about specific interactions and would like to reclarify some billing concerns, we encourage you to report them through our support team via email at support@yourtravelmates.com for review.

Despite the strict implementation of anti-fraud measures, there may be some occasions that there are members that tend to breach the policies in the platform. Having said so, I strictly recommend to contact us at support@yourtravelmates.com.

In order to process this complaint, we need to first have any supporting material you have that we can submit to the verification team.

*Profile Link or ID number for each member
*Screenshots of suspicious conversation
*Time and date of correspondence
*Any further evidence that the profiles are dishonest.

Do be informed that we have anti-scam policy implemented in the platform to make sure that we can have a secure community. Misidentification ((i.e., someone who uses another member’s profile without permission to communicate with you). We will surely reimburse all credits you incurred communicating with this member and ban the member permanently given that they have a confirmed profile status) is one of the grounds of such policy thus we'll be waiting for your email to make sure this concern is responded with urgency.
