when using PayPal, you payment gateway checked the PayPal profile and has overwritten the filled in shipping address on YesAsia profile. This causes trouble on completing the order.

I really appreciate being able to order publications from YesAsia. I have done it often. This time I had some difficulties with the process, but they were resolved at last.

Found a tee shirt that has been sold out or discontinued everywhere else. So happy it was here and in the size I wanted. Thank you!!!

By far the best Suppliers of Korean, Japanese films, always deliver as promised and genuine products - have been using them for years and will continue to.

It's great that yesasia accepts paypal but the integration is not good. Paypal processed successfully first without completing the order, and then asked to remove dashes from the phone number. Paypal should be the final step after all the necessary information for the order is collected.

I always order Japanese manga from here and it's always arrived in great condition with free shipping.

Easy and safe order it's second time I order from Yesasia to Thailand.

I can get most of the movies and videos that I want. I would like to see more DVDs and Blu Ray with both English and Korean subtitles for the US region.

Commande passée le 02/10/2024, expédiée le 12/10/2024 et livrée le 21/10/2024 (en France métropolitaine).
Comme lors de ma première commande, j'ai commandé 4 CD, pour un montant total de 96,58$ (environ 90€), ce qui me donnait encore droit aux frais de ports gratuits. Malheureusement, cette fois-ci, seul 1 CD sur 4 était disponible. YesAsia m'a remboursé la différence pour les articles indisponibles et a expédié gratuitement ma commande.
Le CD était bien protégé dans du carton avec du papier bulle. Aucune fissure sur le boîtier du CD.
Toujours la même chose que je pourrais reprocher à YesAsia, la disponibilité des articles qui n'est pas mentionné sur la page produit. Il m'a fallu attendre 8 ou 9 jours pour savoir si les disques étaient disponibles ou non chez les fournisseurs.
Mais finalement, ce n'est pas grave ; je suis tellement content d'avoir le CD que je recherchais et en plus neuf à un très bon prix!

My second order at YesAsia.com.
Order placed on 10/02/2024, shipped on 10/12/2024 and delivered on 10/21/2024 (in metropolitan France).
As with my first order, I ordered 4 CDs, for a total amount of $96.58 (around €90), which still entitled me to free shipping. Unfortunately, this time, only 1 CD out of 4 was available. YesAsia refunded me the difference for the unavailable items and shipped my order for free.
The CD was well protected in cardboard with bubble wrap. No cracks on the CD case.
Still the same thing that I could blame YesAsia for, the availability of the items which is not mentioned on the product page. I had to wait 8 or 9 days to find out if the CDs were available or not from the suppliers.
But in the end, it's not a big deal; I am so happy to have one of the CDs I was looking for and brand new at a very good price!

This time I found a new release special edition that was impossible to buy anywhere in the west. Great job making this available to international buyers.

Have been using Yes Asia for many years now and have always received a very good service from them.
All purchases have arrived in good time and well packed considering they travel from Japan to the South of England.

Been shopping with YesAsia for nearly 20 years. Recently they made some sort of back end change which broke the shipping details, this meant that info that was fine 20 years ago is suddenly invalid. A simple note or answer to a customer enquiry would have solved my issue without thinking i'd lost marbles and forgotten my own address.

I wish english CDs have pictures or thumnails.

I was able to locate certain old and obscure films since video stores around town all closed down.
They even had both Police Squad and Fear and Loathing In Las Vegas, the latter of which I have yet to receive.
