Driver stole my package after taking a picture, send evidence to their support team and they didn't want to refund anything. And now ran into another problem where they're literally refusing to deliver.

It is a delivery company, that can't deliver.
IT IS A DELIVERY COMPANY. THAT. CAN'T. DELIVER.

I specifically email businesses that use this about these problems too, I won't buy anything from any company that uses it.

Parcel delivery failed [Wrong Address]. The address is correct, they never try to deliver the pakage!

So my delivery arrived from your professional carrier. she pulled up to my driveway and threw my package against my garage door. I have her on video and that is not professional or top notch at all. I contacted Eden labs (whom I ordered from) because my items were in glass bottles. I made them aware of how this Top notch company treats people's items. I will never order from anywhere that uses yanwen express as a carrier. I will also help prevent this from happening to anyone else by leaving a review on every platform I possibly can.

Absolutely incapable people. Lying about a "closed" business and locked doors, while at the same time the business has customers inside and a full parking lot. Communication is terrible; over a week, my package has been sitting at the local facility.

This is easily the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. They won’t let you change the shipping address. They make you talk to a bot, then when they direct you to customer service, they have you wait 15 minutes, then end the chat on you. My package has been at the local facility for 4 days already and they still haven’t delivered it yet.

i ordered some damn jeans off of tiktok shop and i got yanwen as my courier... and kid you not this shit was out for delivery since 7am this morning and it still has not gotten to my goddamn house. needless to say this courier is absolutely atrocious and some serious work needs to be done

I am still waiting on a package i ordered on the 21st of july. It got to South montebello Ca and just vanished apparently. Customer service has been very very unhelpful. Placating and putting it on someone else to locate my package instead of actually giving helpful updates. very disappointed.

they claim the address is "restricted" and then they claim they couldn't deliver because the store was closed at midnight. Now they tell me I have to pick up the package, but they won't tell me where I can go, nor will they reply to any other questions. Since I use Pay Pal for all of my transactions, a refund is simple and they will not get paid. Unfortunately the product vendor is the one getting hurt by losing the sale.

Every package this company is tasked to deliver to me is late or not delivered at all. The amount of lost packages for me alone is ridiculous! I have tried for a month to contact this company with no luck!! This is a horrible company, they are extremely incompetent! This is asking me for the date of the experience, this is not 1 day 1 package.. It's a month and approx 13 packages!!! I've been refunded most of them but not all yet. They still have a few more of my packages but I cannot reach them! It's been awful!

The driver ignored my delivery instructions and left my package outside my apartment building in an unsecured location. It was stolen shortly afterward. When I contacted customer support, they told me they were not responsible. Very disappointing experience.

Unable to get tracking info ( it hasn’t moved since 7/27 when they picked up)

apparently they use some local carriers and claim to have attempted delivery 2x. We have printed instruction posted on the door but the driver did not care to call. attempts to reach the customer service went unanswered

Delivered my package late, they literally had a whole F***ing month and its late. It was exetremly important to me and they didn’t deliver. Worst shipping company.

Again, this same company did the same exact thing. This time I made a police report. The report so that they can go to the building security to request video footage as evidence.

The customer service number doesnt work.

I tried to email the company to only get left in silence.

I work from home so when I got a notification that the package was delivered 08:57 am I ran outside to see nothing was left at the mailbox. The guy that was there mentioned that he delivered medication. Im so glade I spoke to him because he wore the company safety vest. Its on camera.

What a joke. Email address can't be found? No phone support? No tracking updates, wrong address delivery repeatedly. This is a scam company .

Had a packaged delivered by one of their incompetent employees and he delivered it to the FedEx drop off box in front of my building. Emailed them and I get the same boiler plate response. Useless.

They marked as delivered my package but de destination was closed on saturday, despite they upload pictures from another day when the place was open. In this moment I don't know if my package was stolen, not delivery or I don't know, but use picture from another day is a scam.

Delivery drivers will leave packages in public areas (thus leaving packages to be easily stolen) rather than following clear delivery instructions. The driver's "proof of delivery" photos were taken RIGHT NEXT to multiple signs saying that packages cannot be left in that area!

Customer service is no help, and will vaguely cite that "company policy" permits the delivery person to disregard delivery instructions. No longer doing business with any company that uses Yanwen, it just isn't worth it.
