Terrible company

Terrible company! I ordered over a 300 dollar order and fed ex never delivered it but said they did and it’s all the company says is sorry it was delivered. When I can show camera footage from that entire day that says it was “delivered” proving it wasn’t. Horrible customer service at making it right.

So disappointed

So disappointed! You can hardly see the printing on the wristband! And they did not arrive as promised. Don’t waste your money!

The customer service is pretty bad

The customer service is pretty bad.
They sent the wrong item and the wrong amount. It took me continuing to call and email over and over and finally I got someone in the phone and she had an attitude like I was to blame.
I still haven’t received the shipping label to return the wrong items. I’m sure I’ll be on the phone again today trying to that shipping label.
I just ordered from a a different company to get the correct items that we need.
I would not order from this company again…

Horrible customer service when they send you the wrong items! They blame you! THOUSANDS wasted! Then they offer me 20% off! WOW that’s what I can get online without you messing up my order! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
