NEVER WILL USE THEM AGAIN.
Ordered custom Wristbands for an annual event.
The wristbands arrive on time, from china-not US as the website states.
We went with glow in the dark.
The wristbands broke as the customer put them on, not only does it look bad on us, we have hundreds of broken wristbands we were unable to use. I contacted the company multiple times-they offered no resolution.

This place is a zero. I ordered wristbands as a memorial for my brother who passed away. I did not receive them and their customer service person, Dawn, has not been helpful. She outright lied to me and said they had to file a claim with UPS within 30 days but if you look at UPS website it states 60 days. She sent me a photo of a door with a package sitting by it but it was not my door. Then she had the nerve to offer me a discount code to place another order! Why would I order more when I paid them $207 for an order I never received. This is the most ridiculous customer service support I have ever heard of. Obviously this place deserves zero business because they do not respect their customers or the money spent with them. I wish I had read reviews before ever placing an order with them. I’m filing a complaint with BBB and my credit card company since this company doesn’t seem to have any customer service and doesn’t feel the need to assist. Please do not order from this place. I lost my oldest brother at 35 and wanted a nice memorial to hand out to his friends, family and coworkers. I thought this would be nice but it has turned into a $207 ripoff.

Per Wristband Resources' own words, in their own company description: "... unlike other companies 100% of our wristbands are made in-house, right here in the USA."

My wristbands arrived timely, they are high quality, and no pieces were missing. However, they shipped directly from Foshan, China. I specifically used this company because of their claim, above, that their products are 100% American MADE (not American "based" but MADE). Funny, too, that they claim to be based in Wisconsin! A state that, from this New Yorker's observations, wants to project being very "all in" on buying American!

I do not hate China! We are all connected, and not every business is so opaque! But this outright lie gives me legitimate trust issues with the company!

Incredible customer service. Our package was unfortunately stolen from our doorstep within only 30 minutes of delivery and the company promptly responded to my email with a discount to reorder.

I'd highly recommend using these folks. Product is great, customer support was easy to chat with when I had a question, and it was really easy to order. And you can't beat the price.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order for wristbands which was suppose to glow in the dark with embossed writing. I was sent wristbands that had no ink with embossed lettering. They were suppose to glow in the dark, so you could see the writing on the wristbands. WHO WOULD PAY FOR WRISTBANDS THAT GLOW WITH WRITING WITH NO INK?. The company only solution is to buy more. I think not! I purchased more than I needed to meet the minimum order then they wanted me to re-order. Oh, and the bands do not glow. Very poor quality!! Please save yourself the headache and do not purchase anything from this company

I keep getting e-mails from this company advertising that they have the best prices. I wanted to order the Nitrile gloves for our bakery However when you try to purchase them, the more you buy, the more expensive they become. I'm located in Houston and they are located in Sugarland - so about 8 miles from our location. I offered to pick them up to save the shipping - but the person handling the order said that I could not get the price as shipping was already loaded into their pricing. The cost - 1 box is $9.99, but the price of 5 boxes goes to $30.99 per box. Why would anyone with a brain order from these people? And their shipping? - please, I could ship a 50-pound box of lead for less than they want to charge for a 2 pound box of gloves.

I ordered 4 gallons of hand sanitizer to use in the hospital. They made me buy the pumps separately and charged a ridiculous amount for them. I received the sanitizer and can't get them to send the pumps. Furthermore, the sanitizer is so sticky you cannot use it without having to wash it off with soap and water after each use. My fingers stuck together after each use. Terrible product, terrible customer service. They will not take back the unopened gallons. It's a shame that a company could sell a defective product such as this to people trying to stay safe and stop the spread of the covid virus. How do you sleep at night? Needless to say, will never order from you again.

would give them less than 1 if possible, i ordered stuff worth 500 dollars and they sent goods worth only 100 dollars (in a very small box) and dealing with their customer service has been complete disaster - only thing they keep repeating is that "we shipped everything" -complain to fedex - Ridiculous - stay away and save your money

They claim they offered next day delivery when the earliest they can deliver is 5 days I was charged for next day delivery I did not receive a hundred free wristbands because I ordered next day delivery I ordered for a funeral and they did not come until five days after the funeral they refused to give me a refund the customer service is horrible the manager called me swearing up and down that they would be there the next morning it was completely I he knew full well they were not going to be there it is disgusting

wristbands came out nice but I ordered two different sizes and they emailed me about it with a persons name rather than the name being wristband resources and I was always taught not to open an email if you don't know the person. The order took a lot longer to come because they didn't print them because they thought I made a mistake when I didn't.

I was pleased with ease of ordering, time frame of receiving. Only thing I'm disappointed in was my fault. I choose a font and choose to have the embossed inward instead of outward and it's hard to read and can't hardly be seen at all.

I purchased the blank DIY wristbands and they were delivered quickly and worked as expected. The only things I would mention is to keep in mind the overlap when planning your logo or design for the bands and don't try to print too many at once. They will melt if the fuser in your printer gets too hot.
