I will NEVER use Wren again, collectively they come across alls smiles and helpful as they want your business that soon changed. We were emailed telling us to pay the amount owed as we were paying in full and was given a number to call, when we did we were told why are you calling us for contact your sales man who shall remain unknown as I am not allowed to mention names. We contacted him who sent us a link this link did not work, several calls made to him, emailed him and even text him no answer and no reply, we were worried that if we did not pay they would cancel. We eventually had to go into the store and the manager apologised on his behalf.
When the kitchen was delivered there was a cupboard door missing, I was told to phone the next day to order it, I phoned and the answer machine told me I would have have to call back on a Monday this caused more stress as the door would not be here in time to be fitted. I decided to take my old kitchen out to save money and after I was told the fitter can not come on the day that was arranged he was delayed more stress The fitter came a day late and when he had almost finished he said two of the doors were damaged and he ran out of trim the fitter said he would order them for us and when they arrive he would come back. After a few days the tap became loose I contacted Wren they said the doors have not been ordered and regarding the tap that is not there issue I would have to contact the manufacturer for a replacement and arrange for it to be fitted. We called the fitter he did not answer we text him nothing we called him again he said he read the message but did not know what to say because he can not come and complete even though he’ been paid. We phoned Wren who apologised and said they would send another fitter, a week past and nothing, contacted Wren again who said there was no record of us calling and the issues and were really sorry. We waited a few days and we phoned Wren again who then said they were unaware of this and all they have on record is a broken tap. Eventually another fitter was booked who also did not show
Nine weeks later still an unfinshed Kitchen stay away at all costs.

From start to finish the process was smooth, but what really stood out was the quality of the installation. Eldon, the workman who carried out the fitting, was excellent. He was professional, friendly, and clearly took a lot of pride in his work. Everything was completed to a very high standard and he made sure the area was tidy and well finished before leaving.
It’s always reassuring when the person doing the work is so thorough and approachable. Eldon took the time to make sure everything was right and that we were happy with the result.
Overall, we’re very pleased with the outcome and the service we received. Thank you!

Hi,
We wondered if you could help us please, due to unforeseen circumstances we could no longer afford the kitchen, so we visited our local Wren's store arranged the deposit refund and was informed we will have to wait 28 days for the funds to reach us, we did mention that we thought this was rather excessive and was told it is usually faster than that, so we agreed to wait.
On the 3rd of March we contacted the store again and was told it was in the system and we will have to wait.
However we have just spoken to one of your colleagues on the phone, who informs us that the refund should only take 5 to 8 days, we were overwhelmed by this comment, why did they say 28 days?, then all became clear, he also told us that Wren's had only processed the refund today, 11th March 2026 are we then to understand that all the Wren stores inform their customers, about the 28 day rule but are actually keeping their money and only processing the refunds 5 to 8 days before?
According to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations, terms must be transparent and fair, while 28 days might be stipulated in a contract, the law requires refunds to be processed within a reasonable time, delays that are excessive or designed to retain customer funds for as long as possible are illegal.
We will be going back to Wren's now to demand a cash refund, and if we do not get one, we will be taking legal advice tomorrow morning.
Thank goodness we did not continue with Wren kitchens!

I Purchased my 2 kitchens from Solihull branch. It took 1 year for my kitchen to get built.
Imran was my designer. Best customer service and support I had through out till I finalised my new kitchen last month.many times my kitchen and utility plans was changed due to size changes and delays with building works. he sorted it out for me widout any hassle each time i made the changes.I know from experience my family members have had ishues and bad experience with kitchen designers from Solihull branch specially when wanting to make changes . His the best designer and the most friendliest staff in Solihull branch.
My both kitchens been delivered and sorted widout any hassle and looks amazing and very pleased with the purchase 🙂

We did change our minds on products and design several times but nothing troubled a very helpful and pleasant Soraya who is Customer focussed, very knowledgeable on products, has lots of patience and is a credit to Wren’s.
The other staff members at the store were also very helpful and pleasant.
Looking forward to this Friday when the new kitchen will be delivered.

If I could give zero stars I would. We have been two years in planning our kitchen with Wren, as well as a utility and three bedrooms. Utility came and was just as we ordered except the worktop which we changed at the last minute before we paid and the designer selected the wrong worktop. We were left having to pay for the correct one being promised the cost of it would be taken from the bedroom. Roll on kitchen delivery which was delivered perfectly on time and the delivery crew were excellent except we immediately noticed the carcasses of the cupboards were the wrong colour. Lava grey instead of pebble (to match the utility which is already fitted). Long story short the original designer had not reflected the pebble carcass throughout the kitchen . Our new designer started a new design copying over everything from the original but not the pebble. As we were using the original paperwork given to us on paying our deposit we had no idea that the carcass colour had been changed to lava. We used the same paperwork to finalise our order and confirm delivery which meant we did not pick up the change. We contacted the showroom immediately who said that’s what’s on your contract (the one that wasn’t given to us until we were leaving the store). I pointed out the pebble in the original and sent two emails which both got ignored so I was left with no option but to contact HO. The following day we visited the store and was told the person dealing with it was in a meeting with HO discussing our kitchen and someone would be in touch that day. No contact so I called HO again to be told there was no such meeting with the store. After several days of investigating they said the same as the store and were prepared to do nothing except send new cupboards at our expense despite the store recognising that in June a new plan was designed with the wrong carcass colour. Having lost faith with wren we asked for the bedrooms to be cancelled and told we had to go in store. We went in store and were told they had not finished negotiating with HO and someone would get back to us Monday after it had been discussed with the store manager. No one called. I emailed again which was ignored. The following day I called the store to once again say cancel the bedrooms and was promised the manager would call me. He didn’t. He got our designer to call me and tell me Wren were not prepared to do anything. This has resulted in us cancelling our order for the three bedrooms as we have now lost every bit of faith in wren. We are still waiting for a part to be delivered that was missing which will arrive some two weeks after the original delivery!! We also had to change our templating meeting for the worktops due to the delays in fitting and were told they would not charge me the usual £100 for cancellation!!! I cannot believe they would charge for that anyway when it was due to the delays caused by their investigation. We are now left with a kitchen that does not match our utility and wren do not care. I am just waiting for the next battle of the payment of our recommend a friend. I have asked twice now if that is being processed and had no reply. Recommending a friend is definitely not something we will be doing!! Avoid at all costs. Just waiting for Wren kitchens standard reply they add to every review now trying to show they care. They will get in touch and will still do nothing but let everyone think they care by adding a standard reply to each review. They can’t even personalise that. Very easy to copy and paste I guess!!
UPDATE: I have had no contact from Wren kitchens so they clearly have no real intention of resolving our issue, just to respond with their standard text they add to every review. Instead I had an email saying my query was closed because it is either resolved or they’ve not heard from me in 7 days!! Given I’ve had no contact from them I really have no idea how they believe they’ve resolved my ‘query’ otherwise known as a complaint!!

When I called to see what had happened, was told that they had tried to call to cancel the morning of due to being double booked. I had no missed calls or voicemails and in fact had received a message *confirming* the appointment but was told 'that is just automatic so you can't rely on it'. The branch were clearly not bothered and weren't apologetic. I'd been warned against Wren for their quality and customer service being poor but thought I'd give them a chance, but I'll take this as a lucky escape before we waste anymore time with them!

A complete waste of time.... Arranged a video call, it was a voice call and a waste of time. Sent plans and photos over as they had no surveyor available...waited nearly a week, chased again to be fobbed off with BS.

I placed an order for a new kitchen from Wren Kitchens in August last year, for delivery and installation in October. The installer was provided by Wren Kitchens. Delivery and most of the installation went well until the installer was off sick. When he returned, he almost certainly damaged the expensive hob by scratching it. He acknowledged the damage to me without owning up to his responsibility for it and said he would report it to Wren Kitchens. The installation was eventually completed, only just in time for a newly agreed later deadline. There were outstanding snags that again he was going to report.
A month or two later, when nothing seemed to be happening, I contacted Wren Kitchens who seemed only to have some of the snags known to them, not including the scratched hob. There followed a lengthy dialogue consisting of emails and phone calls between myself and Wren Kitchens, in which I was passed from department to department and from person to person. The outcome was that the rest of the snags were eventually dealt with, but replacement of the scratched hob was refused. They offered £220 in compensation (The hob was priced at £1,100 in their contract)!
Initially I refused this derisory offer and took up their suggestion of an Ombudsman service. I thought that this was a government service and that it would be fair. The Ombuds service assessment was severely biased in favour of Wren Kitchens, who pay into the company that run it! (See my separate review of this Ombuds service.) After an informal consultation with a solicitor I decided to go with the £220 compensation as taking Wren Kitchens to court would have been too stressful for me.
My advice – don’t buy from Wren Kitchens, and if you do, be aware that there will probably be problems ahead, especially with installers and after sales service.

We were fortunate enough to work with the fantastic Imran at Wren, Solihull, who worked hard to design us our dream kitchen.
Imran listened to our ideas and guided us with his experience and knowledge to get even more out of our design.
Communication from the delivery team was also excellent and everything was delivered on time.
There were a few marks on a couple of the units and Wren replaced them immediately, no trouble.
We are delighted with our kitchen and would definitely recommend Wren Solihull to anyone.

I have had a 5 star service from all there staff
1st the moment we went to Solihull Gate Retail Park, Marshall Lake Road, Shirley, Solihull, B90 4BP, we meet ismail he walked us through all questions and covered all the options ismail was just fantastic I cannot say how much he helped us showing us all options for colour schemes for tops,cabinets plus sink units and taps available to us with regards to the money we had to spend including Wrens finance options if we needed it
Ismail explained delivery dates too
At the end of this 5 star service we were given a full Colour print out in a wren folder of are quote including colour picture of our new kitchen it was just fantastic
From offer of drinks when we first went into Wren showroom at Solihull Gate Retail Park, Marshall Lake Road, Shirley, Solihull, B90 4BP, and on leaving Ismail gave us a Wren thermal bag with colour brochures inside

I recently received delivery of my Wren kitchen, and while the installation is progressing well, I’ve noticed that I’m not satisfied with the colour of the panels as they appear significantly different from what I expected based on the showroom sample and order visuals. The panels look nothing like what I was shown and the kitchen does not look like anything shown. I have attached both images. The first two images is the actual kitchen and the last one is what you designed for me. I hate the kitchen for what I have spent and for what it is I am unsatisfied! I have got lawyers involved as I am not happy with this kitchen, look how far back the pannels go which means it does not even pop the kitchen!
I have contacted several times and the time slots available are so awkward! Please go elsewhere!

Wren Kitchens Review – Disappointing Experience Despite High Expectations
I initially chose Wren Kitchens based on their impressive showroom and design service, both of which were very good. The staff were helpful and persuasive, especially when it came to recommending their own fitters, claiming they were highly experienced and reliable. Unfortunately, my experience following the design phase was extremely disappointing and stressful.
Our kitchen installation was scheduled for January 20th, but things quickly went downhill. Despite being told that Wren uses their own fitters, it turned out they actually subcontract to various individuals. The first assigned fitter never turned up, and after repeatedly chasing the Wren Solihull branch, I was given a contact for another fitter. I had to call him myself, but he also failed to show.
Eventually, a different fitter was assigned, but he consistently arrived late, clearly coming from other jobs. The lack of professionalism and poor time management were frustrating, but worse still, he made significant errors during the installation. Despite these issues, Wren’s quality manager never came to inspect the work during or after the fitting.
Once the installation was complete, we discovered that the sink had been fitted in the wrong position—a major mistake considering we spent £27,000 on our kitchen. Wren initially offered us £3,600 to accept the mistake, which was simply unacceptable. We opted to have the units removed and new worktops ordered, which caused further damage to our walls and paintwork.
This entire ordeal dragged on for over five months, leaving us without a functional kitchen for an unreasonable amount of time. After everything we went through, Wren offered only £600 as a goodwill gesture—a completely inadequate amount considering the stress, inconvenience, and additional costs we endured.
I’m incredibly disappointed by the way this was handled and cannot recommend Wren Kitchens based on my experience. The lack of accountability, poor coordination, and subpar fitting service completely overshadowed the initial good impressions from the design and showroom.
