We recently installed a Wren kitchen…

We recently installed a Wren kitchen and were extremely disappointed with the overall design and supply.

The design team failed to properly assess the space, resulting in poor layout decisions and large 130mm infill panels that should never have been necessary. In addition, surplus decorative panels were supplied that were completely unnecessary.

These issues created avoidable complications during installation and compromised the overall finish.

Based on this experience, we would not recommend Wren for projects where good design and attention to detail are important.

Atrocious customer service

The design service was very good. Tom was very informative and he made some safe saving ideas. It all went well until the kitchen was delivered. It took 4 attempts to manage to delivery a fridge door to complete the kitchen. The management team in the Swansea showroom very totally dismissive and offered no solutions. The customer service team were just as bad. They obviously just follow a script and cannot offer any originial ideas on how to solve any issues. It was not until Grace, customer care manager , got involved that things finally got resolved to a satisfactory end. She listened, offered a sensible solution and the kitchen has finally been completed. Overall I am pleased with the end result but unfortunately would not purchase anything from Wren again.

Nicola from customer care from wren was amazing she dealt with my issues that I was having with my newly installed kitchen very professionally. Would highly recommend wren kitchens from day one at beckton branch Sanjay was brilliant helping us to design are kitchen and throughout they all came back to me asking how everything went couldn’t have asked for a better experience would highly recommend.

I just wanted to say big thank you to Ross and Gibson for delivering my wardrobes so safely. It was quite a large order and I really appreciate the care and effort you put into handling everything. I especially noticed how carefully you protected my carpet to make sure it didn’t get spoiled that really meant a lot. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and your professionalism didn’t go unnoticed. Great job !

Wren Kitchens - Slough (UK)

I contacted Wren Kitchens because I wanted to refurbish the bedrooms in my house. Sergiu visited my home to take the measurements, while Anand assisted me in the Slough store with the design. The showroom there is truly impressive, offering a wide selection of furniture and layout options. Both Sergiu and Anand were professional, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the process.
Wren also provides attractive finance options, and their furniture is competitively priced. I found the quality of their products to be very good. In the end, I chose a proposal from a competitor because their design aligned more closely with my personal preferences. However, I still highly recommend Wren Kitchens and its team for their excellent service and overall experience.

Avoid Wren Kitchens Beckton

Avoid Wren Kitchens Beckton. Our experience has been chaotic, stressful, and poorly managed from start to finish.
The advisor was very convincing during the sales process but be extremely mindful — once the order is placed, there is little flexibility and issues are not handled properly. Do not rely on them to make decisions on your behalf.
We faced incorrect orders and major delays from the outset. Our kitchen was dismantled earlier than agreed, leaving us without a usable kitchen, and we were then informed at the last minute that tiles ordered a month earlier would not arrive for weeks. We had to source alternatives ourselves, causing significant disruption.
There were also serious design and supply issues — one unit was delivered in the wrong colour, another unit is far too small to be usable, and the sink provided is not what was expected or shown during the design process.
The worktop and splashback were mishandled entirely. Despite being agreed during design, the splashback was not included in the order, causing further delays and re-measuring. The worktop that was eventually installed looks nothing like what we signed off or saw in the showroom.
Communication has been extremely poor — no callbacks, no follow-up, and no response from management despite repeated attempts to make contact.
The workmanship from Wren’s recommended fitter was unacceptable. A cabinet “fix” was poorly done, with visible screws left on the outside and gaps in the finish. Floor tiles were laid unevenly, and when raised, the fitter blamed an “uneven surface,” which was clearly not the case.
Electrical work was also substandard — switches were fitted incorrectly (only working when pushed upwards) and were not properly secured to the wall.
We also had to ask for painting to be redone. The varnish work was extremely poor, with visible drips that cannot be removed.
The newly installed AEG hob was also not working. We had to call out a technician, who reported the following regarding the installation/workmanship:
"It was identified that the wiring for the cooker hood had been connected to an unknown moulded plug with a lead and further wired into a connector block. This method of connection does not align with standard manufacturer installation requirements and was noted as part of the overall assessment."
Concerns have repeatedly been dismissed rather than resolved.
This entire experience has been stressful, disruptive, and costly. I would strongly advise going elsewhere and not relying on Wren’s recommended fitters.

Failed deliveries and no one to speak to

After a fantastic sales experience, everything has gone wrong with delivery. Delivery arrived as scheduled but driver refused to deliver as ‘unsafe' - no idea why, and strange given that the Wren surveyor visited our property and identified no issues. 

Today, 19 March, and a week on from the failed delivery, and with a list of 11 Wren staff names who all promised to call me back, and to get the ‘redelivery team’ to call me back - no one has, and I still have no kitchen delivery.

Now exploring cancellation and compensation - but all I really want is a prompt delivery date for the kitchen we picked, and for the carpenter I have onsite (costing me money) to fit.

So disappointed that the care and service we experienced at point of sale has disappeared at the first problem since paying our money.

I would not even be giving one star
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Wren Kitchens and feel compelled to share this as a formal complaint.

My original order included faulty products, which required replacement. While issues can happen, what has followed has been completely unacceptable. Despite Wren having full knowledge that our property is located on a red route — information that was clearly provided and successfully managed during the initial delivery — the replacement process has been mishandled from the start.

The delivery company Wren uses appears to have no coordination with Wren themselves. This has resulted in failed arrangements and confusion, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience. Even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. Emails have gone unanswered, and there has been no meaningful effort to resolve the issue.

Customer service has been appalling throughout. There seems to be no accountability, no clear communication between teams, and no urgency to correct a problem that was not caused by us.

I would strongly urge Wren Kitchens to improve their internal communication and customer support processes. At present, the experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and deeply disappointing.

Really bad service from these…

Really bad service from these cowboys,fitted a kitchen at my moms house,5year guarantee and it’s falling apart after 2 years,avoid this company and its crappy cheap products.

Natasha from customer services was unbelievable, never experienced customer service like it from any other company. She was so helpful and patient with me, she made my experience a positive one. I will definitely recommend wren kitchens more so after my call with Natasha, our kitchen is great also. My Wren Kitchens - Order Number is 43978932 fyi.

Like most projects we've encountered a few teething problems and with our kitchen we require a few replacement parts. We were fortunate to speak to Joanne at customer services and she was brilliant at identifying what we needed and arranged prompt delivery.

Great delivery experience by Myles and Adam

Our experience of the delivery of our kitchen today has been really good. Myles and Adam have been really friendly and helpful.
There is an issue with the work tops but that is not the delivery people’s fault, it’s just another problem we have to sort with the Wren Kitchen customer services. Promised a call back this afternoon and guess what once again no one has called us. More of our time to be wasted tomorrow calling Wren.

Unsatisfactory

I purchased a new kitchen from this company. The kitchen should be fitted in a week. The old kitchen was taken out on the 9/10th of February 2026 until now the final part hasn’t completed. I was left without a fridge, cooker and microwave for almost three weeks. I’m a pensioner and had to buy take away all this time. As for communication it’s non-existent. I was promise some form of compensation from them (I’ve kept the emails regarding this). Only to receive an email from them today stating my case is now closed and they have not even install the filters in my cooker hood as I am writing now. And the irony of it they didn’t even do an investigation to ascertain the cause of the delay and the mental anxiety they caused me. And to think I was also going to use them to install a new bedroom. Lucky escape I day

Absolute rubbish - don’t waste your money

The showroom great, design fab - ready to go - not on your life - half delivery didn’t turn up, (despite having ordered 6 weeks ago) many many phone calls, emails, texts etc with no result - so still without main things ie oven housing and fridge housing! In one 12 hour period I had 3 delivery dates for one delivery and still I haven’t got them! Stupid talk about hours of drivers and runs when they could have sent by alternative means - a van even turned up for delivery with no order on it. Whilst the showroom and delivery lads are great the showroom loses its shine when you ring to complain - ‘not in our hands now - ring customer service’ - obviously once they have your money they do not care about the stress the customer is experiencing. My fitter and electrician have been proper messed about too - so don’t waste your money unless you want a great deal of stress!!! They don’t listen and don’t want to know 😡

Full WREN kitchen paid. Ovens no longer work......

We went for a WREN Kitchen on the recommendation of a few clients a few years ago, and I wish I didn't agree with the choice of the ovens, we got a double oven and microwave built in.

1st Year all was fine, but then the electrics tripping started happening, so we rang WREN a few times and we didn't get any help, after spending £8K with them and then had to pay the installers another £4K.

Our house was quite old, made in the 1950's and we had to have new electrics fitted in the fuse box for the oven. Now the second oven has stopped, and we have no way to cook anything in the ovens. Our mother in-law had the same cookers and the same issue, and this caused a big problem for her too.

After spending that much money 5 years ago, I expect the ovens to keep working, but it's a joke.

I'm going into their showroom tomorrow to talk to their team, as I'm not impressed at all with any of this.
