Just had A Hardnum, Andrew out to measure my room for a new kitchen. I had a courtesy call beforehand with a time, he was on time, very professional and it was a pleasure chatting to him while he worked. First impressions of Wren are very good indeed.

T Hill came to do our measurements today he was really efficient and helpful. 5 star service

Pete ford came to survey our kitchen… he was super polite and super friendly which was lovely … he also had patience with our little dog who can be challenging at times! Would have Pete over again

Jon Griffith was very professional and represented Wren in a very positive and respectful way.

Sam Atkinson is a brilliant trainer! She is knowledgeable, passionate and full of good vibes! Love her stile ! ♥️

Wren Kitchen Delivery 3rd August 2026
I was a bit worried about the delivery as the path down the side of the house was still unfinished, Mark checked the site and said there were no issues. Both Mark and Dave were extremely helpful and hardworking. They had our delivery unloaded in 40 minutes. Outstanding service.

G. Pearson was polite, informative and friendly. He completed the measurement in the time he said he would. Thank you!

Wren, you have to sort out your chain.
3x you sent an 18ton lorry to my tiny lane. Drivers were not informed. You need to sort the way it is flagged.
I also currently have 4 doors wrongly sent. At the price you charge, that’s a heap load of profit down the drain. Not to mention the inconvenience of trying to dispose of them! Shouldn’t happen at all but if it does, sort some kind of return, even if it’s a return to store?
Customer service is also hit & miss, no chain again. Today I was super lucky & had Crystal, she sorted the item in moments where others had struggled. 10/10 for CRYSTAL but processes are not working for others it seems.
My kitchen is stunning, beautiful, everything Id hoped for but boy, has it taken a while and with a lot of patience!

Excellent service from Wren and D Tebbs who attended to measure and advise on cupboard installations. Highly recommend 👍

Nice guy quick and polite

P Dyche turned up promptly, explained the whole process to me, was very polite and then went on to explain what will happen at my design appointment. Very friendly
