After care is shocking I have called…
After care is shocking I have called every week for the past 3 weeks about booking a repair and getting the same excuse every week it’s been allocated to an installer and either they are to busy or van broken and can’t possible book it in or someone will make intact by the end of the week#stillwaiting …. They hung up on me the last time and didnt call me back so had to start call again and wait another 40 minutes.

I ordered a spare part using the app, which was straight forward, but I wanted to check I was actually getting a shelf and not just the liner for it. I called Wren and requested a call back, a very helpful Richard Kemp was understanding my request and questions. Richard answered my two queries' with ease.
