We have been kept informed throughout by every member of the team and even when we were at the Harlow branch the young lady opened our file and was able to help us with some crucial measurements that we needed for items we were buying for our new kitchen. Emails kept us updated some included information about the exact cabinets I was fitting which helped with the process. The plans were easy and clear to follow. Ordering extra part's no problem taken care of. Replacement of 1 part sorted within 4 days thanks to Joseph on customer service. The whole team 10 out of 10 all the way. Don’t forget the all important delivery team. With all the heavy lifting and moving nothing was damaged yet another credit to Wrens professionalism. Put aside any concerns you may have you won’t be disappointed.

I had a very difficult and disappointing start to my kitchen journey with Wren, and for a long time I felt genuinely let down by the service I received. It was a stressful experience during what should have been an exciting project for our home.
Everything changed when Sophie became involved. From the moment she took over, every issue was handled with genuine care, respect, and professionalism. She listened, she understood, and she made me feel valued again something I truly appreciated after the challenges we faced.
Sophie’s dedication and expertise restored my confidence in the process and in Wren as a company. Thanks to her, our kitchen journey is finally back on track, and I feel reassured that we are in good hands.

The experience of designing the kitchen was fine. Make sure you don't order any appliances with them, as they add a huge mark up of around £60 per item. They will push you into the higher premium range but the units themselves are still flatpack and made the same way so not worth the £. Once we have placed an order (we checked the delivery dates multiple times) they then said it would be delivered 4 weeks later. Totally not acceptable.

Just walked in wanting to buy a kitchen as I have researched online for months. Salesman told me he can’t sit down with me as it’s Christmas and to try again in the new year.
Went next door to wickes and sealed the deal don’t waste your time.

Ziggy made an amazing job with our wardrobe installation and was extremely polite. He didn't mind doing extra in order to make it fit properly! 100% would recommend!
Ps: delivery guys were super cool too!

Staff in store are amazing.
Once that contract is signed - appalling !
Installers turned up 2 weeks early prior to delivery of goods. I then called to change the colour of my handles as I had not taken delivery and was told no even though they were the same price and I hadn’t even received them.
Goods were delivered earlier this week, drivers lovely.
Install booked for 21/11/25 - took day off work. Received various emails from wren asking how it went etc. at 11am I called the store as I had not heard anything. Store not interested at all. Finally spoke to installers, first time having any contact with them and was told they don’t work Fridays and were coming Saturday morning. Wasted day off work and annual leave. Installers arrived this morning at 9ish. 2 guys. Very nice. Midday - 1 had half day and left, then told me they would have to come back Monday as won’t finish - that’s another day I need to book annual leave. The other one was staying to complete but went lunch. After 90 mins I called installers as he hadn’t come back. I am Then told he had an emergency . He then returns 3 hours later.
My contract is with Wren, my money going to Wren, however they completely wash their hands of anything to do with you.
I have no idea how much will get done today or if they will even show on Monday. I have no confidence in them what so ever.
The saga will continue.
I Have been looking forward to my 2 sets of fitted wardrobes, but this has now been overshadowed by disappointment.
Think wisely and be prepared for such poor customer care before you sign that dotted line !!

Wren kitchens EDMONTON - I have been to all the traditional kitchen suppliers, no good. I found Wren but I couldn’t do the online planning so I called up Wren Edmonton even though I live in Hastings, within a week it’s done and dusted, Sreevathsa spent hours planning my dream kitchen, he was kind, quick, courteous and very efficient - Then the manager Omar called, just to see if everything was going well. Customer service is 10/10 but the main point is that this was a completely trouble free experience after months of stress with other companies. I’ll never use anyone else again, thank you Wren Edmonton

I purchased my dream kitchen from Wren for £11,000, but sadly it has been a very disappointing experience. Within five months, the doors began peeling. Although Wren sent replacements, I had to pay my own fitter to remove and refit them. Unfortunately, the same issue happened again with the replacements, and most recently the doors started peeling for a third time after just three months.
This has caused a lot of stress, extra expense, and upset — especially as this was meant to be a long-lasting, high-quality kitchen for our new home. I truly expected better quality and customer support for the amount I paid. I hope Wren will take responsibility and resolve this properly, but for now I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

Terrible service
They only care about you until they get your money and then they don’t want to know
They say that you have to cancel your delivery date no longer then two weeks but then they only give you one week( in my case)for the delivery date????? How can you change the delivery date ????? Also they bully you to have a delivery date and they even choose it for you and you have no saying in the matter and then you can’t change it, and if you can, only for two weeks and have to pay them and if you want longer then those two weeks they won’t allow you, although they tell you that you can change it but only give you two weeks to change it even though they only place an order for two weeks so you have no time to change it again
Terrible service
I will never ever use them again and apparently they kitchen it’s really hard to assemble

Second I then had to cancel all the order ( not only because of the delivery but also because the handles were not suitable and you never asked me about them you just assumed that I wanted them which I didn’t) and again you choose the 21 st of August which for your defence I said ok this time although I was pushed to accept that delivery date though
I then realised that my house it’s not going to be ready and I need for the middle of September and you telling me that you can push for the 4th of September if I pay £150 but you can’t do it for the middle of September because I need to give you 15 days notice which YOU NEVER GIVE TO START WITH BECAUSE YOU ONLY AGREE A DELIVERY FOR 15DAYS AND IF YOU NEED 15 DAYS TO CANCEL IT DOESNT GIVE YOUNO TIME TO
Again this shows that you make a big issue with the deliveries which it’s not because you made the units but you just there for yourselves for the deliveries don’t get clocked up
Also I waited 2hours to get through the delivery department…. Again it shows how difficult you make the deliveries
I wouldn’t ever use you again

And apparently to put the kitchen together it’s very hard but I don’t know it yet
My builder/ contractor that does lots of houses told me don’t go to wren but I don’t listen although I should have…it’s been a con since the measurement of the kitchen it’s like they get you hooked from the start and once they got you they just don’t care
I mean 2 hours to answer the phone for the deliveries unbelievable

I had one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever encountered with Wren. Despite two site visits, the wardrobes they supplied were completely unfit for the space — something that should have been identified long before installation. The installer arrived late, left mid-job to attend another appointment, and returned hours later only to declare the installation impossible. He then became aggressive — demanding cash for a socket, blocking my doorway, and attempting to remove electrical work he'd just installed. I felt unsafe in my own home.
Following this, I raised a formal complaint and outlined everything clearly. What did Wren offer? A completely different wardrobe design — as if that somehow resolved the damage, stress, and threatening behaviour I endured. No apology. No explanation. No compensation. I had to chase for weeks just to get the unusable materials removed and my deposit refunded. The only way Wren responded was after I escalated to the Furniture & Home Improvement Ombudsman.
At every step, this experience was marked by poor communication, lack of accountability, and a total absence of basic customer care. My home was left damaged, and the entire ordeal has been emotionally draining. I invited Wren into my home in good faith — and I regret it completely.
I strongly advise others to think twice before placing their trust in this company.
