This company are a total waste of space. They have complained to trustpilot and had my one star review taken down because l mentioned the first name of a nice young lady who did try to help me. In response to my review they stated they would be in touch. They weren't. I am disgusted with this company , they couldn't even get the measurements correct for my kitchen and when we pointed out none of the cupboards fitted so the measurements were wrong SHE (no names) told me the manager told her 'they must be correct as the surveyor had been out. REALLY! So how come the same size cupboards that DID and now DO fit in my new kitchen wouldn't fit on their plan!. There was one cupboard to fit over my fridge freezer which was 800mm wide! my fridge is 900mm wide! Now l know why they have a four star review. They are getting lower star reviews removed! What a bunch of charlatans.
Thankfully l now have a beautiful kitchen fitted by a company that checked, checked and checked again. Everything fitted perfectly. If they can't even acknowledge they may have got measurements wrong (they did) what chance have you got that they will rectify problems when things go wrong? Now what excuse will they use to remove this review?
The customer service following signing the contract with Wren has been nothing short of awful. No management, coordination, pre fit, engagement, support or satisfactory outcome has been able to be achieved despite our constant chasing, pushing and time spent. We are still waiting for someone to come back to us so that we can cancel part of the contract due to breached terms now....

Neil in the showroom was amazing took so much time to ensure that everything went smoothly. Correspondence excellent and kept me updated with delivery times etc. Delivery men very courteous and careful with all new kitchen units etc. Nothing has been too much trouble. Finished kitchen looks amazing, lovely quality units. My kitchen fitter said he loves fitting Wren kitchens as they are so well made. Overall would highly recommend Wren.

From the first meeting, all felt positive- 3d view and plan looked and felt great. The process of choosing units etc was great. However the reality of the fitting process does not match this or the promises. Be prepared for min 3 weeks of disruption, with damaged units needing to be replaced. Other Real issue is the lack of co-ordination between the various trades. You have to pay extra for lots of things inc electrics, plumbing, tiling, flooring. No one tells you about the mess they leave behind - from the garage, garden, floor, to the units they fit that they dont even clean. Plasterer left utter carnage everywhere! What you want is a new kitchen that they finish so you can walk in and get the WOW factor, what you get is another week of your own time cleaning up the mess, and decorating after the Plasterer and tiler have finished. It would help if they were much clearer about the end product!
What I will say is the end product is good and looks how it was planned, just be prepared to do a lot of it yourself to get there !

It may sound odd to start a one-star review by saying the sales process was excellent — the team was efficient, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately, that’s where Wren’s customer service ends. Once you’ve paid, you’re left dealing with departments that either can’t or won’t communicate with each other.
Our experience went downhill after the delivery team informed us that a base unit was missing — despite the delivery being booked and confirmed five weeks in advance. Wren’s response was that the missing item would arrive “about a week later.” That might sound minor, but we had a fitter already booked for a fixed timeframe, and the delay meant we were left completely stranded.
After several visits to the showroom and multiple assurances, we were promised an early morning delivery slot on the final day our fitter was available. Instead, we were told it would be delivered between 12 pm and 7 pm — impossible for the fitter to accommodate. Understandably, he couldn’t wait around all day to start a full day’s work late on a Friday evening.
To make matters worse, Wren suggested we try buying the missing unit from Howdens — one of their main competitors! They even mentioned Howdens “normally have them in stock.” Not exactly reassuring.
Overall, the after-sales service has been appalling. Once your payment clears, Wren’s interest in you disappears. We had planned to return for a fitted bedroom, but after this experience, we’ll take Wren’s own advice and go directly to Howdens instead.
After spending a significant amount of money, this has been an incredibly disappointing experience. Wren make you feel valued during the sales process — they’ll “wine and dine” you metaphorically — but once they’ve got your money, the charm ends. It feels less like customer care and more like customer capture. Turns out they are Gold Diggers in the end and were only ever after my money !

Terrible experience, ordered 2 bedroom side cabinets. On delivery opened them and found 3 different shades top sides and drawers, they refuse to replace the cabinets with new ones, they said they are not faulty. They refused us a refund. Looks like taking them to court. I was to have a kitchen off them ,no way after this.Avoiid at all costs

I had a kitchen delivered before Christmas, since then I have been fighting to get the £200 as a friend recommended me. CALLS EMAILS YES ITS SORTED WELL THATS BULL ! They never return my call or pass the buck. DONT BUY FROM THEM

Went to the showroom in merryhill Dudley ordered a handless kitchen but got sent plain doors and was told that nothing can be done as I signed a contract for the order placed by the expert kitchen designer at show room so because of her mistake I’m with a kitchen I didn’t want . Poor customer service and avoid getting a kitchen from these

Worst customer experience ever. First time to fit the kitchen, from design process to installation, Wren have let me down. My kitchen has high cupboard, of course not knowing the size etc, I have been designed shorter cupboard for a like for like replacement leaving so much gap and work on extractor fan to be told they can't cover the costs. I regret my decision 🙃 for using Wren. And recommend to everyone to ensure they tell you the costs for electrical work and plumbing before hand. Bad customer service for such a big company!!!! Make sure you read your contract through and through what you buy is not what you think you buy
