The way they treat me...
Do not try to make business with this company!
We have had design appointment booked for Sat 11:00 in store, an hour before received call if we can come half hour later. We came on time to store - 11:30 but agent who should meet us was still not available so we was told we need to wait 10 mins. After an half hor of waiting he came and said it will be another half hour. So after HOUR of waiting we decided to leave.
I gave them one more chance and booked one more slot - this time online... this time for a week before and for 9am when they open store to not make us wait ages again.
I get confirmation email etc. few days later i received call to tell me that store have no availability for me, women on the phone said that she is not taking responsibility of cancelation my booking as it was not she who booked it - SO AROGANT to someone who want to spend money and make business

Caution buying from Wren
Sadly inherited a new kitchen when we brought our house. Poor workmanship, flooring laid incorrectly so its rising up. Its going to cost a fortune to correct.
I had contact directly Wren Bedford at the time and they said they couldn't help me as I had not purchased the kitchen. So I've had to get the floor repaired myself.
