I had my kitchen measured today by R Wheeler. He was very polite and courteous, he put me at ease very quickly and did a great job measuring my awkwardly shaped kitchen. Thank you

The surveyor(S Jeff’s) was lovely, polite and explained the process well. I can’t wait for the design appointment.

My review is in relation to the delivery of the kitchen which went really smoothly. The date was arranged easily. The time frame was notified well in advance and a 1.5 hour window confirmed on the day of delivery. We also received a call from Dan and Tyler when they were 20 mins away.
Dan and Tyler were very careful in unloading our kitchen into the garage - they checked how we wanted it stored and ensured there was easy access for the fitters. They also checked where they were able to push their barrows. As they did have to go across the lawn.
They flagged a missing item and explained the procedure that would follow to get the item to us.
Dan and Tyler make a great team, many thanks.

Spoke to a lady called Edyta, she sorted my problem out with no fuss at all, nothing wasn’t too much trouble.
I think Edyta should run the place to be honest.

Overall friendly and professional service by M. Harris. Worked quickly and efficiently and made sure they used protective covering on the floors, doors and feet.

Customer service has been really great. Grace and Hayley have been very helpful and communication has always been followed up on.
It’s nice that they make you feel special and respected as a customer.

I had a problem so raised it with Wren. Joseph was great to deal with and sorted my problem and understood my concern.

Gareth Mac Farland was our sales person and support through many changes and redesigns. Gareth was endlessly patient with really good ideas. Gareth has a really open and approachable manner and we really appreciated his support over the many months of our renovations as walls and budgets moved!

Zaid was a lovely chap to invite him in to measure our kitchen up for a new kitchen. He was pleasant and polite. Thank you Zaid for listening to me rabbit on about my plans for the kitchen and more. Looking forward to our chat with Rob on Sunday for a plan.

Natasha at customer service has been exceptional today she sorted out some missing item and organised a refund for-extra delivery which I was annoyed with as quite a lot of things has been missing and incorrect oven delivered. She wax very professional friendly and polite

Re Order No50481192. Brilliant delivery service from Wren Kitchens. The driver N Butterworth and his assistant had the kitchen offloaded and positioned as our requirements in what seemed no time at all. All items were delivered and no visible damage was evident. All in all a great experience.25/08/2026
