Richel handle her job in professional and excellent manner . Very patience and polite . It first take long time to get what I need .
She is a good staff and to be valued by the company because of her job .

Well done Richil. Looking forward for another trip .and surely I well back to you personally.

First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to Ms. Selina Logan and Ms. Lexi for their support, help and patience in booking our entire journey back to Philippines.
It was indeed a lovely holiday- hassle free and with good assistance every step of the way.
I will highly recommend them and definitely use them again for future holiday plans.
Again, thank you very much🙏🏽❤️👍🏽

Ely was really helpful. She helped me in purchasing my ticket and answered my questions. She was friendly.

My experience with this travel agency has been utterly unacceptable and has demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for customers.

Despite being owed a legitimate refund, I have been forced to spend an unreasonable amount of time repeatedly chasing the company for updates. Communication has been consistently poor “wait lang sis” and every interaction has resulted in further delays, vague explanations, and no meaningful resolution.

A reputable business should handle refunds efficiently, transparently, and in accordance with its commitments. Instead, this agency has made an already frustrating situation significantly worse through incompetence and a complete failure to provide acceptable customer service.

I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise extreme caution before booking through this agency. If a problem arises and you require assistance or a refund, do not expect a prompt, professional, or customer-focused response.

Without question, this has been one of the most disappointing experiences I have had with any travel company.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Miss Ely Gutierrez of World Pinoy Flights for her outstanding assistance throughout our travel booking process. From sorting out our flight booking to checking us in, she handled everything professionally and efficiently. She went above and beyond to ensure that our group was seated together as a family of three with a toddler which made our journey much more comfortable and stress-free.
We were also grateful for her help with our eTravel requirements, saving us valuable time and effort. What impressed us most was her patience in finding the best flight options and the time slots based on our preferences whilst staying within our budget. Her advice was honest, reassuring and exactly tailored to our needs. Miss Ely's dedication, attention to detail and excellent customer service even before our flight dates made the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. We highly recommend World Pinoy Flights especially Ma'am Ely, to anyone looking for reliable and personalised travel assistance. She's an excellent asset with their team. And of course we will come back for more deals with them. Thank you once again for your exceptional service World Pinoy Flights!

Lexi the lady who dealt with our booking was very good and also very patient with our requests, going Manila to singapore return, with hotel and transfers, end June for 4 days, get stamp in my passport so can get permanent long stay in four years, so being British and living in phillipines with my wife of 30 yrs, booking through what's app by messages was a bit more difficult, so a big round of applause for Lexi very professional, have used world pinoy a few times now and will continue to use them, never had a bad experience with them.

I have been using the same flight booking agency for years now, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Their service has always been professional, reliable, and completely stress-free from start to finish. Every booking is handled quickly and efficiently, and they always go the extra mile to find the best flights and prices.

A special thank you to Selina, who has been absolutely amazing throughout the years. She is always friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful no matter how big or small the request is. Her attention to detail and dedication to customer service truly make all the difference.

It’s rare to find such consistent, trustworthy service these days, and that’s why I continue to book with them year after year. I highly recommend this agency — and especially Selina — to anyone looking for a smooth and dependable travel experience!
