Very helpful about information regarding flights used company before service great and helpful

I had an exellent experience in this travel agency; very helpful, reliable, fast and trustful staff. Plus they're polite and kind like Marissa - she was very helpful.

The moment I was talking to her, she assured me that she secured and manage to get flights that was fit exactly the same as I told her and she manage to give me short connecting flights. She also managed to do our E-travel pass.

Knowledgeable, helpful, understanding and very quick to assist the needs of the clients. More power.. continue to do your job well ..Thank you very much Rosie and Elsie for the support ..

I had a very positive and lovely experience with the WORLD PINOY FLIGHTS. I always find a good deal when it comes to flight booking and i FOUND IT with the WORLD PINOY FLIGHTS ! I was treated with respect and EXCELLENT customer care by the travel consultant ANGELIE REYES. She was so patient and even in her day off she called me to update me on my travel preferences . Definitely will recommend WPF to family and friends! Many thanks Angelie!

I had a very nice experience with this travel agent. They helped me find affordable flights without compromising on comfort. I highly recommend them! My flight was urgent, and they managed to find me a great deal at a cheap price. Thank you, Monica, for your excellent service!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I booked my ticket through Ms. Rosie, but I had to cancel it because of the war. I was told that my refund would be processed within 14 weeks.

It has now been more than 14 weeks, and I still have not received my money. I contacted Qatar Airways, and they confirmed that my ticket status is "Refunded." However, Ms. Rosie keeps telling me that they have not yet received the refund.

I am frustrated by the lack of clear communication and the delay in returning my money. I expect transparency and prompt action when handling customers' refunds. I hope this issue is resolved as soon as possible, as this experience has been very disappointing.🤷🏻‍♀️

Highly recommended . I was helped by Karen and booking a flight is stress free
. Will definitely use it again

Thanks to the brilliant and speedy decision from Miss Kaye

Hi all, I just want to share my experience using the World Flight platform to book my flight back to the Philippines. To cut a long story short, I discovered World Flight through a Facebook post and decided to make an inquiry. A representative named Kaye responded to my email with three quotation options. Rather than replying through email, I went ahead and booked a ticket directly on their platform, which turned out to be a big mistake. My excitement to get the cheapest ticket took priority over understanding the consequences of my hasty decision. I called Kaye for help to sort out the issue after I had already made the payment. She was pleasant and professional on the call, and she made a quick decision to hold the payment from the account. We then discussed the issues, and she resolved everything without requiring me to fill in additional details. I really appreciate your help, Miss Kaye!

I had an excellent experience booking my flight with World Pinoy Flights. The entire booking process was smooth, stress free, and handled professionally from the start to finish. A special thank you to Ms Marissa, who was incredibly approachable, patient, and helpful throughout the process. She answered all my questions promptly, explained everything clearly, and made sure I found the best flight option for my needs. Her outstanding costumer service made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend World Pinoy Flights to anyone looking for reliable travel assistance. Thank you again, Ms Marissa, for your exceptional support.

1 Star – ⚠️Avoid if possible⚠️

Our Emirates flights were cancelled due to the conflict, and when World Pinoy Flights processed our refund, their agent, Selina, sent a breakdown showing deductions for “fuel tax” and “year tax” charges. When we questioned these deductions, we were simply told there was nothing they could do.

Concerned, we contacted Emirates directly and were advised to be wary of agent-imposed charges. Despite raising a formal complaint, we received no satisfactory explanation or resolution.

To make matters worse, it took over three months to receive our refund, and these deductions were still taken. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and handling of our complaint left us extremely disappointed. I would advise others to carefully scrutinise any charges and refund deductions when dealing with this company.better still DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!

Many Thanks World Pinoy Flights

It's our first time to use World Pinoy Flights.
Thanks Marissa for the help & support you extended for the smooth transaction for the flight of my sister & niece. Highly recommended and they both arrived here in England safely.

The staff are very accommodating, helpful, and efficient on their job. Mary did an excellent job in helping me find a flight that is the same date as my cancelled flight from another booking/travel agency. Thank you very much Mary for being patient with me in this transaction.
