I ordered a part for my stiga mower it was delivered next day will use again

I’ve always used “world” because their on line workshop manuals and spares drawings are the best out there.

Good choice of spare parts. Some parts not in stock but was kept informed when they would be available. All parts arrived as required and and fitted perfectly.

Placed my order for 2 spare parts for a hedge trimmer on the 28 July, both items in stock. It’s now 8 Aug and still have not had a notification about despatch so disappointed by slow service. First time using this company and not impressed.

I have contacted them and I still have not a response nor has my order been dispatched. Yet no where when I made the order did it mention it was not in stock. Cancelled order in the end.
