Ordered some piston rings on their web site which apparently they had in stock. Took over two weeks to arrive and no communication from WoM. I was just begging to think I needed to chase them up and they arrived.

Product when it finally arrived was fine. Delivery took forever, nearly 5 weeks in fact.

No feedback during that time

Sent pictures of my existing grass box and they were able to advise which parts I needed - great service

When ordering parts there should be someway of knowing if the parts are in stock. I ordered a part and it was only when I received the acknowledgement email did it say that if the part weren't in stock itcould take 2 weeks. If I'd have know that I would have ordered it rom somewhere else.

Looking for products on line was easy if you had the correct information. Ordering was easy. The site said the item was in stock, so should be dispatched the next day. Then it slowed down. The item took three weeks to arrive. I emailed, then phoned and was told it was out of stock and would be dispatched as soon as they received it from the suppliers. It came a few days later. Good product.

When the part was available WOM dispatched. Shortage of the part meant I had to wait over 4.5 months.

Good price and arrived very quickly. Recommended.

I have been using World of Mowers for several years but mainly for consumable items. However 3 months ago I ordered a new cutting deck and blades for my lawn tractor and it still isn't here. I have no doubt that you will copy and paste your standard response about things on back order, but its the never answering the phone or replying to any emails that is the problem. Meet us all half way at least and respond to emails. This order was over £500 and so far I just have the blades but to be honest they are not much use without the deck. I wouldn't be leaving this review if you just kept me updated.

1 star is being generous. Placed my order over two months ago, received no confirmation that the order had been placed. Was never informed that there was no stock - something that should be viewable before placing an order - until I called. Repeatedly had to call to find out where my order was due to the lack of contact. In the end I decided to cancel my order and had to wait over a week for the refund, which conveniently was being processed when I called to follow that up. They didn't hang about that long to take my money despite having no product to deliver.
I would have forgiven a lot if I'd just been kept informed but to take my money and then leave me in the dark is simply unacceptable.

As website is not set up for different billing and delivery address, they promosed to change the adress once e-mailing the delivery address to them after ordering. Yes, it worked and order was delivered to a very remote location 2 days later.
I can fully recommend them.

I am most impressed with the genuinely good offers, free delivery and the offer of part exchange for the existing mower. I would give 5 stars, but haven’t yet had the part ex sum refunded to my account. Otherwise a great deal.

Easy to find what I wanted but only wanted 1 nut postage was a bit expensive for just the nut I thought

We had never ordered from this website before, so we where a little dubious! Absolutely no need as the correct parts arrived the following day, fantastic service!! Would recommend to anyone who asks.
