Brilliant price

The guy who took my call was very courteous and respectful. He explained all the options open to me for the one trip policy I enquired about and quoted me pricing clearly. He made me feel at ease and made the whole process very easy. I have now recommended World First to my friend who is travelling with me based on my experience when I purchased my policy. Thank you.

The online process for obtaining a quote was relatively straightforward. The price compared to others is very reasonable and once I made a decision, confirmation of the cover came very quickly with relevant documentation.
I’m prevented from giving five stars as I’ve only experienced the quote and purchase elements, however I am hopeful that following this positive experience, if there is a need to make a claim, all will be as straightforward.

Generally you are great but you need an easier way just to carry on with your insurance for another year if nothing has changed with your health and medication rather than having to fill the form in again

We really do feel your frustration on this one and I wish we had a pound for every time we heard it! Of course it would be so much easier and not just for you but, for our team here if we were simply able to 'tick a box' and pop all that information back in.
But, to remain medical travel insurance specialists, we can't treat you like a simple robot with a tick box. We have to ensure that each year (or time) that you come to us, that we are doing you the full service of appreciating and covering your medical conditions and how they affect you. Understanding that conditions don't always mean problems and keeping our risk premiums low means that each and every time you insure, you are answering questions which may have recently been changed or reconsidered in your favour.
Although your medical conditions may have remained the same, the way we calculate their risk based on new treatment and understanding changes regularly. For you and your benefit.
So I am sure you will agree that the extra time really is worth it.
