Order didn’t arrive
Put in an order 10 days ago. Had to verify my identity, which I did, but never received the order. When I inquired, they said it was delivered the day after my identity was confirmed, which it didn’t.
Scammers.

I can’t praise her more in that she was very helpful an a really pleasant lady to help me through my purchase. The sales team needs a complete…
The sales team needs a complete overhaul. For a simple problem, you end up speaking to 5 different sales people who all tell you something different. You spend more time chasing them even though they say they'll get back to you, which they don't. Avoid like the plague!!!!
