Amazing quality and design of riser chair.
I can now relaz so much more comfortably, with many settings i can adjust to suit, also has heat controls.The tabletop with light and magnetic strip is superb for holding phone, especially when i only have use of one hand at the moment, also has a built in charger. Also Very pleased with the grey leather that matches the rest of our furniture. Installer gave demonstration how to use.
What more can i say, it was not cheap,but you get what you pay for !! Thankyou.
from the first contact to delivery everything went smooth the two delivery drivers dean and stewart were very considerate of my property not one mark on the wallpaper paintwork or carpets both chair and bed workings explained and a couple of questions i had answered thanks again m cooke

I ordered my adjustable bed in good faith. I’m not disabled nor immobile but I do have copd and back problems. I made it clear to the salesman that I just wanted it to sleep slightly reclined and also to be able to sit up comfortably for breakfast in bed and watch TV – yes, decadent, I know. The demo bed seemed comfortable but I did point out that reclining on it was making my back ache; there wasn’t enough support. The salesman suggested I order the deeper, more luxurious deluxe mattress as that would solve the problem. Which I did and it hasn’t. I also ordered lilac mood lighting for under the bed – gives the effect that the bed is floating.
When the bed was delivered, the mood lighting which I’d paid an extortionate sum for, was missing. In the pack was a short strip of white sensor lighting, which was taken away. The engineers returned two weeks later to fit a strip of cheap multi-coloured LED lights with a tiny plastic remote, all made in China – can be sourced on-line for less than £15. I also discovered that the mattress, which was sagging after only three weeks, has to be turned every month. I’m not physically able to do that and was told I should have done my research before buying it! The mattress BTW is nothing but memory foam and can be sourced on-line for approx £160.
I have had over two months of correspondence with customer service who maintain that only manufacturing faults are an acceptable reason for the return of goods. I have even been refused an itemised invoice. Last week, I told them they have 14 days to collect the bed and refund me. They’ve refused on the grounds that the bed is ‘bespoke’. My credit card company has now done a charge back and we are waiting for their response – seems they have 130 days to respond. If the charge back fails, this will become a Section 75 claim.
I’m gutted to have spent £4076 on a bed that is not comfortable for me and is causing more problems than it promised to alleviate – I now have hip pain as well!! I would advise prospective customers to take note of the 1* reviews on here. Stupidly, I only read the reviews on their website!
Due to difficulty in standing up from my old settee, I decided, in December, 2022, to purchase a rise and recliner settee from Willowbrook. Since purchasing this and finding it very comfortable I decided that I would get rid of a second non rise and recliner settee. Because I was extremely satisfied with my first purchase I decided to use Willowbrook again. I am pleased that I did. I feel that this new rise and recliner settee is even more comfortable than the first one. Although not completely identical I find the two settees to go well together. This said I can obviously highly recommended Willowbrook and, as required will continue to use this Company.

Simon Williams came to see me regarding an adjustable bed. Simon was very informative as were the delivery drivers. The bed is absolutely brilliant and has made such a difference to me. I can transfer in and out with ease and relax with comfort. My carers love the bed too and they appreciate how easy it to maintain the bed.

But the lady is going to send an engineer out to look at it.

My experience was with Jamie... Shopping on my own as a woman was a little scary at first, and I felt a bit intimidated, worried I might be taken advantage of. Jamie's approach helped ease my fears, and I appreciated his patience. He also let me take the vehicle for 2 days to make sure it was the right fit for me. Thanks to Jamie's support, I went from feeling intimidated to feeling comfortable and confident in my purchase. He has also taken my calls post-buy to fix any of my concerns.

Tony turned up after contacting willow brook with a short text girl rang from their office he turned up very helpful and friendly,showed fabric samples and options ,we ended up buying a bed,great experience thank you

Our installers Martin & Ian arrived on time with my wife's chair. They unwrapped/assembled in an instant. They checked twice with my wife fitted the chair and adjusted it to suit. I paid them and they left, the whole operation only took about 40minitues.
I was very impressed with the service.

Wow, such good delivery guys. Dean and Stuart rang when 20 minutes away, they arrived 20 minutes later and within a further 30 minutes had put the bed together and shown how it works
