Wickes - Midsomer Norton Bewertungen 

I popped in to Wickes Midsomer Norton on 21/02/25 and picked up x3 100L bags of bark and when at the till the cashier asked if I needed help with getting it in to my car. I accepted her offer and a guy gladly helped me. He wheeled my trolley over, loaded my car and put the trolley back. Excellent customer service!! Thank you

Wicks very kindly supported our local school plant sale by donating some fantastic prizes. Their store manager Daragh was super friendly and very helpful. The prizes they donated, including garden tools were excellent quality and sought after prizes. It's fantastic that big shops like this are able to support their local community :-)

Finally purchased our kitchen today, Sophie made the entire process very straightforward and gave us just the right amount of communication throughout the first appointment and the final meeting of completing the order. She even done a last minute change for us, as switched the colour. Nothing was a problem and didn't feel pressured or pushed into spending more. Got exactly what we wanted and in the price range we were hoping for. Very satisfied and highly recommend

We were absolutely delighted that Wickes donated a selection of tools, compost and paint to our charity. Our members with learning disabilities have really benefited from the items and have been using them in our horticulture group and in the community when they do garden maintenance for local older people. The Wickes staff are lovely and very supportive too!

Temple Cloud Cricket Club are moving to Farmborough Rec and have to fully refurb the pavilion. The donation of multi finish plaster is massively appreciated and will help us achieve our goal to provide the community with cricket!!!

I never used to shop in Wickes until I needed some paint, had good offers and I was given the option to have the colour I wanted mixed up on the paint machine. Really friendly staff and a nice clean shop with good availability all around. I’m in the trade and Hilary signed me up for a trade account in minutes, only the WiFi slowed it down which can’t be helped. I don’t expect a diy store to know everything but I felt they did everything they could do to advise me and researched on the computer for me for advice.

Really helpful store! Especially Lauren who was attentive and very helpful in helping my parents a few weeks ago, thank you.

Wickes at Midsomer Norton acting generously in terms of a discounted shed and free of charge storage shelving to go inside. The shed was installed for the use of our PTA at my daughter's school. We now store PTA fundraising items in the shed rather than in people's garages, so most helpful. Technical advice was also offered which helped the casue. All said, really pleased with Wickes.

Wickes are keen supporters of the community projects undertaken by Midsomer Norton Men's Shed. Over the past few years that have helped with materials that have enabled us to better equip our 'shed', make 120 bird boxes for schools and community projects, make 120 toys and 120 tree decorations as children's Christmas gifts and the MSN Christmas fair. Currently they are helping us with materials for hedgehog boxes for schools

Visit the store today to purchase some paint, was greeted by a very friendly young lady (Lauren) who helped my locate the correct paint and all my other materials. Wish more young people were like this, Thank you

We were looking for a new kitchen and had the very fortunate opportunity to be given an appointment with Chelsea at the Midsomer Norton store. She has been fantastic. She listened to our ideas, gave sensible solutions. We never felt that Chelsea tried to over sell us items we didn't need. She remembered our choices and put together the cupboard and worktop colours ready for our appointment.
We looking forward to seeing the finished project.

I had an issue with a damaged laminated flooring board. I saw ‘Josh’ the manager who went out of his way to not only replace the damaged board, but also to help me go through the replacement boards to ensure I got the right matching grain.

We moved house in June 2024 and needed a new kitchen.
Having had a kitchen fitted by Wickes in 2014 decided to go back to them to see what they could do.
From our first contact with Sophie our planner at the Midsomer Norton branch everything went from good to great.
Her planning skills helped us get a dream kitchen which was the highlight of a major home improvement.
Next up steps Justin our (and Wickes) local fitter. His skill and attention to detail was beyond first class, nothing was to much trouble.
Well done Sophie and Justin you are consummate professionals at what you do and a credit to Wickes.

Zero product knowledge from two members of staff. I went into the store and asked specifically where I could find reflective foil to place behind radiators. The first young girl at the till said they didn't stock it and I would have to buy on line. I returned to my car and looked online. It was showing 76 rolls in stock at this store. I returned into the store and asked an older lady where I could find it. She just said she would have to go and look on the computer. She walked off to the till to do that. Within a minute I found the item and returned to the till, paid and left. I will never go to that store again, apalling service.

Sophie was fantastic when helping us get our kitchen. She was able to fit us in on the day for a design appointment and made sure we got the best deal possible. She went out of her way to be helpful and we found her very friendly; she made the whole process easier and quicker for us. Would recommend!
