I got quotes from 4 local surveyors, Westside were first to respond and the least expensive (note that their quoted prices include VAT). And the service couldn't have been better. Casey would answer emails within minutes, the surveyor called me for a verbal summary as soon as he left the property, and the full written report was sent within the week (with high resolution photos made available). I have now used them twice and got the same excellent service both times. Highly recommended.

We were recommended by our Estate Agent (Abel's in Hertford) and found the process easy. Casey at Westside was good with communications and, although we had to wait a couple of weeks for a slot, the immediate update; and subsequent draft report were useful in helping us to progress and the final report was delivered ahead of schedule.

Requested a homebuyers report for a property purchase and Casey completed this within a short period and regular updates. Even got a call immediately after the survey with a brief summary and key points so I could get cracking with addressing them, then a very detailed and comprehensive report in a clear and easy to depict format.

Could not fault at all and RECOMMENDED to all! I will be using again and have already recommended to family.

Very professional and thorough with the homebuyers survey

The booking process was easy, and a few different options were sent and explained to choose from. We decided on the homebuyers survey. Casey was fantastic - lovely and very efficient. The price was extremely competitive compared to other companies too. I was recommended by a friend who bought a flat and had a survey by Westside recently.
