My az arrived I used it after laying 3 days and noticed a manufacture date of 2024, and a couple of software glitches with the unit, updated the unit and still the same , rang west end dj and that are passing the information to the manufacture, the unit should be replaced as it is faulty, I was not offered this and await further details, I should have a new unit and not one which is two years old, these units were problematic and I waited till the issues were sorted, clearly they are not

i have been making multiple purchases from Westend DJ In Hanway street . the team and support are fantastic they also do evenings of workshops that got me onto the Academy with Terry . its really great to see equipment in the showroom and its a 5/5 experience . big shout to Dave who's really looked after orders and great prices . to be able to go and pick up from store is a big plus .

Brilliant service from start to finish.

I ordered a mixer from another well known retailer and was told 2 days for delivery. 1 week later no communication from them and when I finally got through to them I was told I had to wait another week minimum!!

I reached out to Westend DJ via email and Chat, to which I got a very speedy response, within 30 mins, fantastic! They had the mixer I wanted and it was shipped next day. Fantastic service from end to end.
The mixer got here before my refund from the other retailer.

I will be only using Westend DJ from now on for all my equipment needs.
