I've never had a company stress about being a day late. They really stick to there promises. They had a fire in the business estate witch slowed everything down and even sent me a link to the fire services page about the event with an apology. That's above and beyond. Thanks W.D.J

I'm sorry to hear that you're still waiting for you parcel.
We shipped it with DPD to the address you provided but it looks like we're missing your door number/building name as there appears to be more than one apartment sharing the door number you supplied along the road.
DPD has moved the item to a collection point in line with a request they have received, you should have been sent a SMS to confirm this.

Sorry to hear that you're upset about the lack of stock of the Sandisk/AlphaTheta Rekordbox USB key. I noticed that this wasn't part of the order you placed, and sadly I have some bad news - the product has been discontinued and no new stock is available (this is due to increasing memory costs).

Went yesterday to buy a DJ Controller, pair of speakers, and also bought a nice midi controller. Had a stellar experience. They are so kind, helpful and knowledgable. Even helped me pack everything up and point me to a good Uber pick up spot. 10/10 experience.
