Excellent service

I’m very happy with the service from West End Dental in Porthmadog. The dental and reception staff are always very pleasant and helpful. I have always been given good treatment and advice on my dental care.

Joined this practice last November I pay under £16 a month for two Hygienist appointments and and one check up per year, which from experience is very reasonable. A Friendly, professional and caring practice. Most informative visit to a Hygienist I've ever had.

As I suffer from Parkinson’s, the staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Made to feel at ease when getting in the dental seat. Toni is very re assuring and helpful

Too early to make a constructive feedback. Initial experience on our first visit (my wife and me) experienced a friendly and profesional experience from the staff along with a clear plan provided by the Dentist for future treatment.

Dr Kumar is a great Dentist, I am nervous of dentist, he is very paitient with me.

Best Dentist I have had

I was seen by Darren Bywater to access if l would be a suitable candidate for implants. He explained the possibilities available clearly and said I could take my time before deciding on whether to take the next step. There was no pressure.
A very helpful and informative experience.

The hygienist was kind, thoughtful and patient. She changed the way she cleaned my teeth to reduce the amount of discomfort I was feeling. This is the first time this has happened at this practice. I won’t be dreading my next appointment now!
