I recently got an oil change on Wednesday. I came home and noticed an oil leak on my driveway and in my garage. I called Toyota and spoke with the service manager. The next day, he came to my house, did an inspection, had my car towed to the dealership. On Friday, the issue was fixed, and my car was brought back to me. Thank you Toyota for a quick response and taking care of the problem. They go above and beyond my expectations.

It was good but the dealership did not top my fluids like they usually do.

Took me in right on time, finished early. Free coffee ( wish they had Splenda like Toyota). No issues

Staff - my service advisor, Anthony Nicholas, was excellent advising me of the items that my car needed and kept me informed as the service was going on. He made my long wait pleasant.

Excellent service, other than the long wait time. My rep was very professional. No marks against him. He seems like a great guy & a stand up employee. I think it’s a bit ridiculous to wait 6 hours, with an appointment. I dropped off my vehicle, but I didn’t anticipate waiting over 5 hours, so my ride had to go to work. I had to Uber, almost $13, just to pick up my vehicle.
