Made an appointment. At arrival they took me right in. Advisor came in quickly. And we were done within an hour. Great service!

Regarding the recall of my Camry : Fast appointment setting, pleasant crew on drop off. The young lady at the loaner car desk was so cheerful I couldn’t help but smile. The Manager for the repairs explained what they were going to do and the timing of it. Communications via text was convenient and allowed me to get my scheduled routine completed.

I have always driven a Toyota. The service has been good, and everyone has been very friendly. My car has been serviced within a reasonable time. However, since I purchased my brand new Toyota in 2020, I have been experiencing problems with water accumulating in my doors. Every time I take it in for service, I inform the technician about this issue.

On Friday, Jessica told me that I would need a diagnosis first. I don’t think it’s fair, considering I bought the vehicle new, and there was a defect from the start. This problem should have been resolved initially instead of me having to come in to get my doors drained of rainwater. It rains constantly in Florida.

I gave the service a good score only because the staff did a great job. However, I’m not sure I will buy my next vehicle from Toyota, as this issue should have been addressed when I first purchased my car.
