Horrible customer service
The service was seriously shocking. The lenses took an absurdly long time to ship, almost two whole weeks awaiting stock. When previously contacted on past orders, I was told 7 days would be the longest an order would be awaiting stock, yet I was left waiting almost twice as long. The serious issue was the appalling customer service. I contacted them time after time on messenger without getting a response, and when contacting them on their website by email (Contact Us), I again received no reply. A massive lack of service and a horrible experience.

Good quality lenses, delivery time longer then main competitor and you need to pay for transport. Once you order in time you get your lenses for a good price delivered by a well established transport company.

Service is always top-notch
Service is always top-notch, lenses are normally received within a day or two and when not in stock they inform you straight up and are usually delivered within 7 days. They never quibble when there is an issue, which is rare.
