Purchased a Fitbit as it was promoting a blue light discount. When it was delivered by DPD the package was opened and empty. It’s been under investigation for 3 weeks now when it should’ve taken 6 working days. No contact number available only email which take 2 days at least for a response. So to sum up £180 out of pocket and little effort to resolve!
Poor after service
I purchased my Fitbit Versa 4 with clubcard points and cash. The order was easy and the watch was delivered within the week. It’s the aftercare I had problems with, after 7 weeks the watch stopped working, I contacted wellbeingpromo customer service and they got back to me the next working day requesting a screenshot of the order to establish the date of purchase, the reply I received was that the watch was outside the 30 day seller warranty and I was provided with a link to contact Fitbit as the watch was within the manufacturer’s 2 year guarantee. Very disappointed with the reply but will contact Fitbit and hopefully get sorted out. I just felt since I’d paid this company that they should be responsible for any problems not pass you on to someone else

Do not buy from this company. Had a email from dpd to say my item was delivered in my porch I dont have a porch. I have email the company 5 times now no reply. Ordered thought the bluelight card. Im now 139 quid out off pocket

Scam. Do not order from this company. Ordered a watch 09.09.25. Nothing received. No updates. No response to my emails. Had an automatic email to say issue resolved?! No refund. Avoid!!!!

An example of dishonesty
Bought my Ring on the 1st, received no notification of dispatch after the website advising of a 2 day dispatch time. Emailed to chase them after 4 days, they advised the 7th for dispatch, on the 8th I emailed as I received nothing to say it had been dispatched, they responded the same day to advise it will be sent the following day on the 9th, emailed them again on the 10th to advise still no dispatch notification and that I'd now like to make a complaint, emailed again on the 15th to chase where my complaint was, I've received nothing since the 8th, my complaint and chaser email has been ignored.

24 days after my order, they send me the wrong size. My request to make complaints have been ignored. I now have to go through their return and refund process and I've been advised I won't be getting the correct size as they don't have any and won't have any. They've messed me about and withheld my money purposely. Absolute scam, reporting to the FOS and trading standards.
Fitbit sense 2 FAULTY
Fitbit sense 2 arrived but would not charge or turn on, emailed wellbeing immediately, no response. Emailed a further 2 times, no response. emailed again as directed by credit card company with specific request to collect faulty item, response received stating I was outside the 30 days so I have to go direct to fitbit, my original email wasn't outside the 30 days. You can't ignore people for 30 days then say your now outside the 30 day period. Disgraceful and a utter joke, DO NOT USE.
Okay until something goes wrong…
Fitbit arrived okay but after 3 weeks wear it wasn't working. Obviously not this company's fault but it was a real fight to get them to pay postage for me to return the faulty product they sold. I now have a refund but not including the postage I orginally paid. I will never use again.
Fitbit arrived next day
I was hesitant to use this site based on the reviews on here. I bought a fitbit through Vitality, and I ordered the fitbit charge 6, it arrived the next day via dpd. I’ve had no issues, but then nothing has went wrong (so far), to have had to have further support with my order.

Ordered a fitbit as a gift for my mum which didn't suit her so wanted to return. No possible way of processing the return online and when you call you go straight through to fitbit directly. Have spoken to people on the chat too, was advised I would receive additional information. Almost 2 weeks on, no useful information. Pathetic website do not use it!

I ordered via blue light discount card. Upon making the purchase it took approx 15 minutes to get a confirmation email which concerned me so I visited trust pilot to see the reviews. Hindsight eh..
Anyhow a few days go by and no correspondence from DPD. This is the selected courier for this website. I paid for express delivery (the only option at £6.99). After 3 days I email blue light and well being about this. Blue light touch base with the company who then email me back to say they had an admin error and my order will be with me within the week. It finally arrived just after a week and approx 10 days after ordering. The product is as advertised and the discount was good however the uncertainty and promptness of order confirmation and further correspondence would mean I would not be recommending the website.
Do not use.
Ordered last week (8 days ago) and after email communication that the order had been received there has been no dispatch despite their website promising to ship the day after at the latest.
Tried to communicate via their website form (Which is buried and almost impossible to find, most links on their website are either dead or take you to a partner login page) they have not communicated back after two days.
Utterly hopeless and at this point starting to believe this borders on a scam.
Should note that this was through a Tesco Clubcard scheme, if you are thinking about spending vouchers here I would save them for something else as you won't be able to recover anything.
Super quick delivery
I ordered a new Fitbit charge 6 yesterday morning & it arrived by lunchtime today. Couldn't believe how quickly it arrived. Really pleased with the product & the Bluelight discount. Would definitely recommend.

My experience was positive. Price was good. Ordered Fitbit and was dispatched for next day delivery. This is not a scam website, but they are a trading name for CMS Distribution. Dealing with end consumers does not appear to be a priority for them, so was lucky nothing went wrong.
