I’ve actually lost 6 lbs in 1 week using this. Never thought it would work. But it did!!

They trick people and entice buyers to purchase with free international shipping. I did a purchase last May 16th and until now the device haven’t arrived. I sent several emails to customer service. They just said they will update me once they received information from the despatch team then now when I tried to follow up they didn’t email back anymore. It is a scam. Don’t buy from this company.

I never write bad reviews, but here we go.
I ordered this March 30th 2020. After 2 months I emailed, asking where my device was. They responded quickly. Gave me tracking information, which I already have.
Now Its July 9th, 2020. Still have not recieved my order and tracking is still in the same spot it was in May.
Totally unacceptable to wait close to 4 months for something that I have already paid for.

Really bad company I ordered in April as other reviews getting told that I can’t cancel it and it’s in transit
Well looks like I can when I’m claiming through my bank as FRAUD!
This is not acceptable waiting Nearly 3 months for something and blaming it on covid what a joke please do no buy from here

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I placed my order in April and my order said it was shipped out at the beginning of May and now it’s about to be almost two months and I have not yet received my order nor an update. I’ve checked the tracking number and it has not moved since the update in early May. I have tried to email them and they tell me they are going to check with the provider and update me but they just tell me it’s on it’s way. They told me I can’t cancel the order since it has been shipped out but I think two months is way too long already. Would not recommend buying from them and I will definitely never buy anything from this company again. Worst customer service.

I ordered this product back in March and to date I have still not received it and the tracking has no sign of it. I am getting the same response from customer service with no resolution. Now they aren't even responding to my emails. Does anyone have an actual telephone number for this company?

I order this ultrasonic slimming product on the 25th of March, I paid for express shipping. I understood that COVID-19 may cause some minor delays but I am still waiting for my product 12 weeks later and there is no sign of it. I am very frustrated with this as I never usually pay for any express shipping and I have to say if I thought it would take this long I don't think I would have ordered from them. I do not recommend them.

I'm so happy I found this product!! Great shipping, package came in great condition, and the packaging was like I just bought a new apple product. It works great and I can definitely see I'm loosing weight.

Received my weightsonic quickly! The packaging that came with this product was amazing. Came with clear instructions on how to use the device. I have been using it for 3 weeks now on my legs where I have cellulite. I have noticed huge improvement. can't believe this is actually working. was quite skeptical with this product but it works! get it! you won't regret it!

I love my WeightSonic! Ive used it for over a month now, and have seen some great results. Highly recommend it.

I purchased mine a few weeks ago and it finally arrived. It arrived in poor conditioned packaging. I plugged it in and it doesn’t work. Does not heat up and it obviously is a defective product. Really and truly disappointing for the time I waited to receive it. I emailed and messaged and made comments and was blocked. This is nothing but a scam or for me just a miss. I asked for a replacement rather than a refund because I do want to try it but still no one has contacted me in return. If I could do it again, I wouldn’t never have wasted my time and money on this company.

Purchased my WeightSonic 24th February 2020 asked for Uk plug as i am in Liverpool - United Kingdom I recieved item no problem. Once parcel arrived opened the grey package to find the box squashed opened the box carefully to check item was okay to find European Plug on it an brown rusty marks on the plate of the gadget. I did tell them on their email but no response for weeks then i emailed again to be told instructions on how to use it which i wasnt asking of them i told them i will not be putting it anywhere near my skin i want full refund. Sent many emails with pictures proof of what i am saying. Not happy with the company refusing refund which is in our rights if not happy with product it feels that they are not interested plus they have my money an i have a gadget i simply can not use. Go else where dont purchase of these.
