I bought this thing but never worked, asked for refund but never received it. DO NOT BUY IT, IT'S A FRAUD!!! SCAMMERS!

Pos company they sent one it doesn't work! I contacted them they said they were going to get with management i have not heard from them I filed with the BBB....STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!

DO NOT BUY! I ordered, received it BUT after 3 weeks it STOPPED WORKING! BEN of customer service has me going around in circles, doesn't know how to communicate efficiently! He asked for an order number and email in one message then a video to prove it wasn't working then I asked for a refund and he said he'd get back to me once he hears from the manufacturer. I followed up after a few days because HE NEVER GOT BACK TO ME and he kept going in circles. He asked for the order number and email again! And said a refund is only issued if it's returned within 30 days. He never gave me an address to send it to the first time around nor did he tell me to send it ASAP. He wasted days!! And if I hadn't followed up, he never would've said anything! What a joke!!! I asked for a prepaid shipping label but he couldn't give me that either when it obviously was his lack of communication that delayed the whole return process. I don't think I'll even get anything if I send this crap back. Horrible company and horrible customer service!!!

The product never arrived, no refund. Do not order.

Do not buy from this company they take your money and you don’t get no product. it’s been 1 year and still nothing I keep emailing them they said they going to ship out and still nothing!

DO NOT BUY it's a major fraud. I wrote 26 emails, never received the good nor refund.

I have to keep writing on here I have now sent 11 emails and all responded from automated BEN who alternates thanks for your email 2-3 days then in 2-3 days no response from our account team yet! this company is a scam! I guess they have the last laugh as they have all our money! I have put a dispute in with the back and suggest anyone who has already been conned and also authorities to get them shut down!!!

This site is a scam. Don’t fall for it because you won't get your purchased product or a refund. I bought it in March and despite a few emails sent to them, they just started ignoring me. Don’t make the same mistake!!

Never received it, after several emails they insist it was delivered even though I sent them the screenshot of courier saying it has been sent back to sender. SCAM, don’t waste your money!!!!

Have been waiting since May, they started responding to every email, that has now stopped. No device, no refund. I hope they prove us wrong, if they do I will review this rating

Ordered received it. I received a NONE WORKING DEVICE and after 11 emails could not get a refund. So I'm stuck with a piece of trash. Lesson learned.
If I can stop one person from buying from this company I'd be a little happier but a refund would have been better.

I have ordered at 7/8, but still haven’t receive anything, the shipping details never update!
I honestly think it will never arrive because it has never been ship out!

My order took almost 5 months before it came and I am not home when it came and will be away for months which is why I ordered early. They do not reply and I keep demanding for my money back but no response. Never buy this!

Made an order months ago, never arrived. They said they would send a replacement, they never did. I’ve emailed several times demanding a refund and they always say to wait 48 hours while they contact shipping. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Placed an order, it got lost so I contacted the company. Was informed they would send a replacement and never did. After waiting I contacted them again requesting a refund 3 times now and have been ignored each time. Never will go through them again!

Got mine in 5 days. Great purchase. I think the people who are writing negative reviews here are confusing it with Weightsonics competitor who also copied the product. They were taken down and the customers don’t have anyone to contact and are confused with the 2 brands. Contact the real weightsonic and you guys will be taken care of. I tested it to see if what people are writing is true. And I also brought up the question of emails not getting responded to. One of the support agents told me their product was ripped off and sold without their permission. None of the orders from that store were shipped out, giving weightsonic a bad name.

Awesome customer support. Product cable was actually US instead of UK- (which was my mistake), and they sent me a new cable with express shipping! ❤️

I got the product and it’s actually really nice looking. Would buy again.

Took 8 days to arrive but great product. People are saying they aren’t getting any responses. I had absolutely no issues. Responded to me within 12 hours.
