Karan gave me the worst deal
Karan gave me the worst deal, not only that I paid extra £120pp, the same holiday via last minute holidays costs £150 and we paid £440 in total for two people. I emailed him again to ask if he can change this he’s ignored my emails.

They pressure you into writing fake reviews.
I’ve had to amend my review to the truth, as it was not an honest review, like most of the reviews on here, I was told to give 5 stars and pressured to mention names. Here’s my honest review.
I missed a call from Nancy, to which we agreed a call back time of 7pm their office hours stated they closed at 8pm. I was then called at 9pm that night by ranjit, I was then informed I’d been given Albania as our 2 night destination, we were also told we could change this for an extra fee, I said no and to stick with what we’ve got. Only then to be told that the hotel check in wouldn’t match the flights (problem created) so we’d essentially be left in the city alone at night waiting for the check in the next day. To which we were then offered tickets to Marrakesh instead, which we would have course be charged extra for (solution created). Upon reluctantly agreeing to this (was given no other option, no refund or alternative destination) I was then pressured into writing a trustpilot review, and then screenshotting it and sending it back to them as ‘proof’ of the 5 star review and name mentioned. I was reluctant and had my partner write it instead as I didn’t want to lie. I later amended it because I don’t feel comfortable lying, and also knowing that all the other 5 star reviews are all people that were told on the phone to write it, especially any mentioning ‘names’ and not genuine reviews.
I do not blame ranjit, I believe he did his best and was just doing his job. The company is 100% sketchy and designed to charge you premiums. However I do believe the flights and hotels booked are all legitimate. But it’s absolutely disgusting how they force you to pay extra for an option you’d rather not have had in the first place
