Great customer service from Viva - again!
I phoned today (11/10/26) and spoke with Sean who efficiently took me through security questions. He listened patiently and professionally to my query (which was about transfer details for my two centre holiday including to and from the airports in 2 different Egyptian cities. He explained that Viva use a partner travel site in Egypt who handle all transfers and reassuringly confirmed that my holiday included all transfers - as my vouchers said. He promised to send me the contact details in case of unexpected difficulties e.g flight delays. He reminded me that I can always use the contact details in the ATOL certificate. Within 10 minutes of ending the call I received an email with full and comprehensive details of the entire 3 week itinerary including the contact details of the partner company as promised. Really great and consistent customer service

We had a 1 week holiday to Switzerland in October 2026. Viva Holidays provided excellent service and our various accommodations were all in great locations and of good quality. We have nothing but praise for their service. They went out of their way to make sure our holiday went smoothly including providing direct flights from Dublin Airport which saved us the costs of additional flights to London.

First time using Viva Holidays
We have just returned from a trip to Marrakesh and Agadir booked by Amit at Viva holidays, It was our first time using them so we were a bit apprehensive how it would go. He arranged all the flights, transfers and accommodation.
All went well until we arrived at our hotel in Agadir, which had been double booked for our first nights stay. The hotel made arrangements for us to stay in an alternative hotel for the one night and check in the following day. This was an inconvenience, not Viva Holidays fault but that of the hotel booking agents they used.
Apart from this issue all the accommodation and transfers were excellent and we would consider booking through Viva Holidays again.

We booked a 3 night break to Switzerland and wow!!! Madhav the agent who called to arrange our trip was amazing. So helpful, knowledgeable and patient. The trip we were going to book changed slightly as Madhav gave us another option that we hadn’t thought of. This trip is to celebrate my 40th birthday and I cannot wait. Madhav went above and beyond to get us the best rooms available along with flight times and upgrades. Madhav now has my dates for next years holiday and I can’t wait to see what he comes back with.
