Really lovely staff at the Stockport branch who were amazing at helping me choose my wedding dress. I am currently 5 months pregnant and will be 7 months on the day, and the staff were super knowledgeable and patient. Will thoroughly recommend their services, in particular Rebecca who was so kind and made me feel at ease. Carol was also lovely, helping me pick out the ideal dress and size that would be most comfortable on my wedding day. Thank you!

My experience in the Stockport shop on 3 different occasions was fantastic. Both me and the bridesmaids had a great shopping experience but it all went downhill when I tried to get dress fabric swatches from the online site.

Customer services are not helpful and the experience has been upsetting.

I ordered 8 swatches, paying through their website as instructed. I recieved an email asking me to pay delivery charges but that was all sorted that out and I sat back and waited for the delivery.

There’s no tracking info, no email or delivery updates but eventually a neighbour turned up because 3 swatches had been delivered to the wrong address.

After regular chasing I’m told the 8 swatches I paid for are delivered but I haven’t got them and my requests for proof of delivery, replacements or a refund were ignored. When the shop did respond it was to send photo proof of delivery to the wrong house because the envelope was incorrectly addressed.

I can’t believe that the dress shopping experience is being overshadowed by the ordering of these £30 swatches where I feel disbelieved and concerned about what will happen if there is anything wrong with the actual dresses. I dread to imagine how helpful customer services will be if I need to query the proper order given their approach to trying to find a few cheap fabric samples

I have just returned home from the wed4less burton store, I was feeling quite nervous before entering as I’m a big girl and didn’t expect much choice. Kay met us at the door and from that first hello I knew I had picked the right place. Kay was so helpful. We picked about 10 dresses to start with and the 3rd one in, I just knew. As soon as Kay had finished doing my dress up at the back I was quite choked up with emotions. I just knew!! This was the one for me. That was it, I didn’t want to look at any others. So to anybody who’s looking for a special dress for a special day, no matter your size. Please go and give them a try. As Patsy would say “Absolutely Fabulous Darling” xx

We had a lovely consultant called Michela who helped me try on dresses and gave excellent advice. Was very happy with the service, we purchased 2 bridesmaid dresses and I said “yes to the dress” for my dress too. An experience made all the more lovely by Michela.

I was a bridesmaid for a wedding and we ordered the dresses from wed4less in Stockport.
The service was a disgrace from the very start but given the fact that it was march and the wedding was only a few months away, we were stuck with only a couple of places to order from.
The store manager Debbie was exceptionally rude and in an indirect way fat shamed myself and the other bridesmaid.
We did the rush order on the dresses cause we needed them sooner than standard delivery.
We were advised that the dresses would be in by the 6th of July.
This didn’t happen. When we called the store we were told the dresses would be in soon.
The dresses never showed up until 10 days before the wedding which meant it was too late to get them altered. We had to buy new bridesmaids dresses online and hope for the best.
When we spoke to the shop they were so so unhelpful and told us to go through head office. We were told that Debbie the store manager would call us back multiple times which she never did.

The service has honestly been the worst I’ve ever received and I will tell anybody to never use wed4less as the amount of stress added to the wedding because of them was shocking!

Staff were so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Found my dream dress. Tried many more but went back to the first one. Was allowed to try it three times to be sure!!!! Gorgeous shop with lovely staff. Can’t recommend enough! xx

We visited the Halifax store to choose a wedding dress for our daughter and can only say what a fantastic experience we had. Zara was absolutely brilliant she was so friendly and helpful and was very proud of the store. Highly recommend this store.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Zara is amazing. Nothing was too much and she gave me her honest opinion which was really helpful. Ordered my perfect dress with no pressure. Would definitely recommend wed 4 less to any bride and also for bridesmaids

Absolutely amazing experience! I went looking for wedding dress and bridesmaid dress styles that myself and bridesmaids would be comfortable in. Michela was wonderful! She was very helpful with finding the right styles and colours. I was very comfortable to have discussions about my own and my bridesmaids sensory difficulties when it came to dresses with Michela. I couldn’t thank her enough for her understanding and support for these sensory needs. If anyone in your bridal party has autism I highly recommend the Newcastle outlet when Michela is there!

I visited the store in Westbromwich yesterday and I was greeted by dawn what an absolutely lovely lady she was made me feel right at home we tried on many dresses and nothing was too much trouble for her and I said yes to the dress she was very patient with me answered all my questions and had the tissues at the ready when I found my dream dress Thankyou so so much dawn love Amy xx

Collected my dress from Newcastle last week. Fell in love with it all over again and my mother-in-law to be was lost for words at seeing it for the first time 🥰 Can’t thank the girls in store enough. Made me feel so comfortable and at ease. From trying dress on to bringing out accessories to try and compliment it even more. Would highly recommend. 10/10 from me x

Had a great experience with my future daughter in law. We had the pleasure of Kay (think that’s her name). From the moment we walked in, everything was well presented and Kay was on hand to help. We tried on lots of different dresses and liked bits of every dress but then Kay worked her magic and pulled out a winner. Thank you so much for all your help, we even shed a little tear together at the end.

My bridal party and I visited the Stockport store yesterday. I hadn’t got a clue what I wanted in my dress, I was just purely going to try out different styles to see what looked good and what didn’t. We were looked after by Carol and Lesley and both of them were absolutely faultless, they made me feel at ease, they gave their honest opinions of what styles suited and which ones didn’t which I really appreciated! They allowed me time to study each dress and try on the one I loved again at the end to see if it really was the one! They found alternative dresses, talked us through all alterations that could be done and supplied a list of seamstresses too. From start to finish, it was a lovely experience, they were both patient, approachable and helpful in every possible way, my mum is physically disabled but they took care of her by bringing in chairs for her, operating the lift, moving the podium so she could see whilst sat down etc. we didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. I said yes to the dress and it’s all thanks to Carol and Lesley!

Today I visited the Stockport store. Where do I start. I was nervous to go shopping for my dream dress, I've never been one to have a fuss made of me, so this was new.
As soon as we arrived we were looked after. My details were taken and I was let loose to pick a selection of dresses.
The nerves soon went and Carol was absolutely amazing and made me feel so comfortable, helping me get in and out of the dresses.
All the staff here were so helpful and my experience was perfect, I arrived at the store feeling nervous but left feeling like a princess.
I left with my dream dress ordered, thank you Carol and the rest of the staff.

Excellent experience at the Rotherham shop. Took my daughter in Feb to look for a prom dress. She was able to browse lots of different styles and try them on with zero pressure. The one she chose wasn’t the style she’d expected but looked fab. The dress was ordered in her chosen size. It arrived in good time for the prom and we collected it today - again trying it on and with the assistant ensuring we were happy with it. One very happy young lady,

Wed4less was our second shop on the first day of dress shopping. I didn’t really have much idea what I wanted and needed some guidance which I hadn’t got in the previous shop. We were greeted with kindness and only a very short wait to be seen. Michaela then came to help and she was AMAZING from the minute she started assisting. The FIRST dress she chose for me ended up being the one, I just knew. Michaela was patient and allowed me to try on 2 more dresses so I didn’t rush my decision. She was very upfront with costs and respectful of the fact we may have had a budget. I would recommend this store to anyone, especially Michaela! I had a fantastic experience looking for a wedding dress at Wed4Less in Newcastle. From the get go Ashley was very friendly and kind, she made me feel comfortable. You get to pick your own dresses out and there is no pressure. Nothing felt faked or forced, she was just incredibly helpful. I managed to find, buy and take my dress home on the same day. 100% recommend.

Michela at Newcastle branch was very friendly from the minute she opened the door, put me at ease, was really informative when it come to choosing a shape to suit me,helped me in and out of dresses without any awkwardness and I chose the perfect one thanks to her help.

Collected my dress at the weekend from Wed4Less Newcastle . Great quality, faster than expected and a lovely experience from start to finish. I was nervous initially going to try on dresses but Michela was fantastic and put me at ease. She spent time to understand what I was looking for and recommended a great dress!
