As a tech CRO publisher working with Webgains has lead to many exciting partnerships with great advertisers that they manage. The account management team are extremely helpful and proactive when it comes to connecting advertisers with the right publishers for them, ultimately leading to program growth.

Very surprised by the negative reviews. Webgains helped our business go through a period of accelerated growth which actually took us a little by surprise. Excellent account management, good breadth of publishers. User-friendly portal and reporting. Only good experiences from us to date.

Webgains has a great diversity of brands on it's books from fashion to homeware to health. Most of the agents that manage the platform are organised and reactive which helps with the fast paced nature of affiliate marketing.

In less than 6 months working with Webgains, I am delighted with our growth in the affiliate space. Our account manager, Hannah has been incredible in helping build new relationships, and expand our reach. All of the team are a pleasure to work with, response times quick and provide helpful advice. All round great Company to work with.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Their customer services never answer queries ever by email, telephone or social media. At one point I thought they'd gone out of business! When I finally got through and received a phone call, the girl was extremely arrogant and belittling, very unprofessional and frankly downright rude.
These people still owe me over £200.000 for sales made to them. I am yet to receive payment.
Absolutely shocking, avoid like the plague!!
I will update this if I ever receive the money owed to me!!
Be very careful and if you can choose another affiliate company, then I suggest you look at paidonresults instead of these charletans.

I really wish I would have found these reviews before I got defrauded by Webgains. What a joke of a company. They rely SOLELY on coupon affiliates which are absolutely worthless. Do not let Webgains convince you that you need them in your program. Coupon affiliates provide nothing and only steal traffic and attribution.

Webgains has not even provided a single affiliate that has any value. My account is literally $0 across the board.

Furthermore what the biggest joke of them all is that they require a 6 MONTH CANCELATION REQUEST!!! In my entire life I have never heard of any business ever actually requiring you give them 6 months advance notice of cancelation. As soon as I saw that clause I gave them in writing a 6-month cancelation notice which they claim is not valid since "I cant give them notice until my initial contract is completed" Ya my lawyer says otherwise.

I CANT SAY THIS ENOUGH, STAY FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM WEBGAINS.

Their service was excellent from the start. I have been extremely impressed with the integration process and we were live on their system within a day of signing the contract.

The ongoing support has been great and we have seen a significant improvement in sales since onboarding. On top of this, the integration team has been extremely good with ongoing technical support and explained and helped me understand any concerns I had.

Quality Affiliate Marketing

Never had an issue with Webgains. Have seen big growth and orders driven from their platform. Nothing but good words to say about them and our account manager Max.

What a terrible company this is! If you value your business do not sign up with these lot. There is no cooling off period.. I signed up and rushed into signing a contract after couple of days I decided to cancel because of poor results. They told me to £1200 to terminate the agreement. I said I can’t afford it as I’m just a new business starting up. So they sent me a law suit to pay the fees and court fees. This is just ridiculous and day light robbery. If anyone wants to see I’ve got email records and other stuff.. I will try my best to make everyone aware of this scam. If you have already signed up then all I can say is I’m sorry for your struggles and the stress and depression this company has and will cause you.

Only positive experiences with Webgains.
From the moment of the initial contact with their sales department, until now (8 months live with them) - the experience has been great.
Their account management team is very responsive and thinking proactively with us. The campaign is already bringing us a lot more than previous campaigns on other networks. I would definitely recommend Webgains.

I cancelled my account in writing with Webgains. I confirmed twice it was closed.
On the closure date, they are still trying to bill me, for an extra 2 months.
Fed up with this company. Terrible.
This is a typical employ sales people to cast a net over clients. Then lock them in with contracts, and make it hard to get our of contract.
Just be careful what you sign up with with Wedbains. Looking at their feedback on here, they are not the most ethical of companies.

Very bad company. Not only gets very little affiliate traffic and sales from this European scam company, They also scam you on top of it. Be aware of Webgains, here is how their scam works, They make you sign a contract for six month of monthly fees. Once you realize that you paying more in fees then you are making money from them and their lacking affiliate system, you try to close your account they then present you with that contract. Here is the super scam they don't let you out, but let you buy out by paying them 6 times what you already agreed to pay them. Webgains equals Webscams. You will not get any results through their affiliate program, and you will only pay them fees for nothing. Six month for absolutely nothing, oh and on top you constantly have to update their links, because of the stupid European guidelines.

Webgains No way, Do not sign up with them you will loose your money. These are professional European scammers behind this,

Worked with webgains for over 10 years. When we decided to leave even though we had paid everything we owe they still are coming after us for money. No one picks up their support line on 020 7269 1230. It's disappointing that this is what happens after dealing with someone for so long. Terrible Customer service and support all we get is automated responses.

Guys below are right, Webgains support is horrible.

This is the worst affiliate platform I have ever used.

Set up - no support and not done correctly on their side (the commissions are not set properly despite being sent the correct information).

Finance team - rubbish. They invoice you for sales you have said you won't pay for and there is no way to validate sales.

Avoid avoid avoid and go to TD, CJ or Awin instead
