Purchase of our first property
We used Watson Ramsbottom Solicitors for our purchase on our first property Stacy was amazing got back to me the same day with a quote and cracked on with everything. Any questions we had was quickly answered. We were kept update with the process and also with access to our portal so we could check any time on the progress. We highly recommend using them and everyone we've dealt with has been amazing and so friendly and also big thank you to Samantha. I'm sure we'll be using you again in the future.

Straightforward, professional and great value
Alicia at Watson Ramsbottom handled the conveyancing for my house sale and I had a brilliant experience. I initially decided to go with WR as they were the cheapest quote I received and were recommended by my estate agent.
Alicia communicated well throughout and always responded quickly when needed. The whole process went smoothly with no issues, and was much quicker than I had expected.
Overall a really straightforward and stress-free experience. I’d very happily recommend Alicia/WR to everyone.

Exceptional Conveyancing
I am delighted to recommend Kerry King, who handled my recent conveyancing. From start to finish, Kerry was exceptionally professional, responsive, and diligent.
The process was sometimes stressful due to delays from the seller's side, but Kerry managed the situation excellently. Her proactive, daily chasing of the other solicitor and clear communication were instrumental in pushing the transaction to a successful completion.
Kerry was also incredibly patient when explaining complex legal documents, providing clear answers to all my questions and ensuring I felt completely supported and informed. I truly appreciate her hard work in overcoming these external hurdles and highly recommend her services.

Great solicitors especially for first time buyers
We recently used Watson ramsbottom solicitors to complete on our first property sale, Olivia was absolutely amazing, as first time buyers the process of buying your first home can be a very daunting time but Olivia and her assistant Lisa both made it so easy to understand and complete everything necessary with very minimal input required from ourselves, she was both very professional and easy to speak to and communicate with and was always available for a phone call to discuss any queries, as-well as offering an upfront accurate quote at a very reasonable price there was nothing we could fault. we’re so happy to be in our first home together and we’re so thankful to Olivia and the team at Watson ramsbottom we would highly recommend them.

Shaun and Aimee were absolutely fantastic! Shaun took care of us from the minute he was instructed. Incredibly helpful, friendly and answered all our questions as First Time Buyers. I can’t recommend them enough.
We met the exchange deadline on our new build and although completion was a little rocky, Shaun was incredibly reassuring and supportive throughout. It was a 5* service!!

I cannot recommend my solicitor Lisa Hague highly enough for the outstanding service provided during my recent selling/purchasing of my house.
