My Walplus Cuckoo Clock developed a fault in that my Cuckoo no longer Cuckoo’d. I contacted Walplus and an advisor called Keon walked me through a diagnosis then sent me the needed parts and then helped me with the setup. My experience was very positive. Highly recommended for this reason.

DO NOT BUY WALPLUS TILES FROM THE RANGE!!!
After purchasing 30.5cm x 31.5cm self adhesive tiles and receiving 30.5cm x 14.5cm tiles, I emailed the range customer service. To be told on 3 separate occasions they were correct.

I've sent them photos of my receipt and the products I received but yet they are still correct according to walplus?

I asked for a return and my original order sending or another 8 box's of the smaller tiles sending out but no I have to send them back with a yodel return label and I have no yodel delivery service nearby where I live.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. And funnily enough the website now only shows the smaller size available.

If I could give them 0 stars I would!

Second time around, process was seamless.

My great grandmother who is 90 years old was scammed by this company. She ordered a unit from them and they only sent the bottom half of it. Her daughter, my gran, tried to raise a dispute to be told that it is correct and hung up on. Not in the slightest bit amused that this dreadful company took her money wnd make no effort to make amends. I guarantee the bottom half of the unit is not worth £138.65 so steer clear of these robbing con artists!

Will edit if it is rectified but judging by phone calls to them I doubt it..

Before the two year guarantee was up for the cuckoo clock I purchased, the cuckoo decided not to sing anymore! When I got in touch with the company, the gave me suggestions on how to fix it but it was to no avail - the cuckoo wouldn’t come out. So the company very kindly sent me a new mechanism to replace the old one inside the clock. I was given a link to a video on how to install the new mechanism. This wasn’t difficult- it was quite straightforward. I’m glad to say that the cuckoo came out to see me again with its sweet song! Very happy 😃 Excellent service and communication with this company. I would recommend buying from them - if anything goes wrong, they are very willing to help!

This was my 2nd order experience. This time, everything ran very smoothly and as expected. Very happy with the Malia and Lisbon tiles. A real transformation.

Hi i have been buying goods from Walplus ltd since 2019 i have been very pleased with the service i have received and all of the goods i have purchased from them have been good quality goods and always delivered on time. I recently dropped a cuckoo clock i bought from them and the clock hour and minutes hands got broken i spoke to Keo about this and he asked me if i wanted him to send me 2 new clock hands he sent them to me i fitted them and the clock is now working okay so thank you Keo keep up the good work looking after your customers S Mangione from SIDCUP

Love walplus, used them multiple times and will continue to do so.

The product looks good - but the delivery company did not deliver it on the day they said, then dumped it outside my house - advertising the fact that no one was in and leaving it open to anyone to take.

Item colors are more muted than show online and they certainly don’t stick to certain surfaces stated to without extra adhesive. A bit disappointed but still nicely cut and good quality otherwise.

Great service highly recommend, we had an issue where our items were damaged in the process, contacted walls through the what’s app and was handled and dealt with straight away with no fuss or issues. Package delivered following day as promised

Great way of revamping your tiles especially if you are on a budget. So many designs and colours to choose from. Easy to apply

I placed an order for some metro tiles back in November but it turned out that I hadn't ordered enough of them at the time. I placed another order for the same product to finish my project but they had changed the design in the meantime which meant it no longer fit properly against the original tiles.
I requested to send them back for a refund, sent them off with Evri with my details and order number.
I've now been waiting over a month for a refund with customer services saying they are waiting to hear back from the warehouse to confirm they've received it.
It's upsetting to feel like I'm going in circles trying to get my money back for a product that I've spent so much money on.

Got some tile stickers for my kitchen at a great price, plus I received my items the day after my order was processed even though I opted for free shipping. Great service, would buy again!
